I'm getting unwanted redirects when using google search on certain sites. I have cleared the cache, turned off extensions and scanned for malware (none found). See the attached screenshot.

Firefox 115.1.0 iMac Sierra

'Screenshot' no longer works. I've used it for years, but this week it doesn't work. I am a woodworker, painter, gardener, handyman, not a computer tech. I want 'screenshot to work like it used to.

I have Mac 10.12.6 on an "early 2009" 27" iMac. I'm waiting for the new 27/32inch iMac until I upgrade hardware and operating system. The release notes with FF V115 say in part " Users on those operating systems will be migrated to the ESR 115 version of Firefox."

I want to clarify that when I update to FF 116, FF will automatically install the ESR version, or will I need to do this manually? Also, will this update take a long time, like FF will be installing a totally new (ESR) version, rather than "just" the usual update?

My Macbook Air is running iOS 10.12.6, so how am I meant to update Firefox, as the TSB bank says I must to use their online software? Firefox is apparently no longer supported below iOS 10.14. I can't upgrade my iOS. What do I do? I'm 75 years old and dont need all this!

My system MacBook Pro v 9,2 (late 2012) MAC OS 10.12.6 (Sierra) FF v 115.14.0esr (64-bit) DSL with 250m/bit connection

Until the day before yesterday the Youtube pages were running and performing normally. Since yesterday YT pages take several minutes to load.

I cleared the FF browser cache, deleted cookies, updated the browser, shutdown the computer, restarted the computer, but the hang problem persists.  I searched the internet for reports of server side issues at YT, but found nothing relevant.

I reported the issue in detail to YT, but have not heard back - I'm also not sure the help request to YT even made it out of my computer as the help request form did not provide the normal "Request Sent" confirmation.

Back on FF and attempting again to load YT pages: after about a minute FF reports that the YT page is slowing down the browser and requests that the page be "stopped". This is especially true of the "Watch Later" page which seems about ten times slower than the already VERY slow YT page loads in general. Eventually, the Watch Later page loads but is EXTREMELY lethargic, taking several minutes to load a selection. 

After a YT page loads and a choice is made the selected video presents at 360p.  Changing to 720p or 1080p only locks the playback.  The 360p playback hangs on a frame and audio runs on alone.  Clicking the playback stop button takes several seconds up to several minutes to process to stop the playback request.

Checking other browsers on my machine: Chrome and Opera load and run YT pages normally, including the Watch Later page, with fast loads and instant HD playback. I'm including a screen shot of the FF browser on the YT WL page after it has fully loaded. It took several minutes for the page to load as seen in the screen shot, but on selecting a video it hangs until FF generates a stop request as seen at the top of the browser window in the attached image.

There have been no changes to the computer or installations of new software of any kind except for updating FF which obviously did not in and of itself solve the issue. The issue presented the same before and after the FF version update.

Using Firefox v91.11 I can't print a selection from a web page as the 'Print Selection Only' option is grayed out. This has never been an issue for me in earlier versions but appears to have been a problem with Firefox going back many years. This is the second time I have asked for help in solving this so I would really appreciate a response as I can't find a solution anywhere.

Note that the issue is only a problem when trying to print from a web page using Firefox v91.11. Safari doesn't even offer this option but the option is there and works in Chrome.

A few Firefox for Mac updates ago, the Wells Fargo website colors changed with Firefox for Mac, and the other browsers still display Wells Fargo the right way. On the current versioin of Firefox for Windows, the Wells Fargo website still looks the way it should.

Attached are 2 screen shots of Wells Fargo's website. One screen shot, using Chrome for Mac shows the Wells Fargo colors correctly. The other screen shot using the updated Firefox for Mac shows the colors wrong, pretty much without colors, etc...

How can this be fixed so that we can use Firefox for all browsing?

I don't know what happened because the browser was working fine earlier this morning and I didn't do anything to compromise it. I didn't go to settings and change anything. I suspect someone may have 'hacked in,' if that is still even a 'thing.' I think this because when I try to shut off my internet temporarily someone turns it back on and I usually have to 'fight' with whoever that is to get my internet to go off. I tried to ask google a question I wanted the answer to. That question was, how long does the flu last (because I have it or covid.) I also asked how long does covid last. What happened was that spinning thing where it was continually searching but never going to the site. Can you help, please? Thanks in advance if you can.

When I change the name of the browser from "Firefox 64.0.app" to "Firefox.app", and launch "Firefox.app", it forgets all my bookmarks. How can I tell "Firefox.app" to use the bookmarks of "Firefox 64.0.app"?

...unable to delete history (attached 1.png) and files still showing after clearing downloads (attached 2.png); unable to manage bookmarks (save via star in address bar or drag & drop to bookmark folder), delete or move bookmarks, create folders) outside of troubleshooting mode; unable to export bookmarks json file in any mode; NO CHANGE AFTER Firefox RESET... and routinely run disk utility & reset PRAM on this Intel computer...

Please advise, other than updating to latest compatible version (macOS Monterey 12.7.2) or replacing computer.

Hello, Every time I try to open a new tab, either for searching or for opening up any of my accounts such as facebook, a security alert pops up and the URL is resultvIt.com. Please help.

How can I transfer the logins file from an old profile to a new one? When I search online all I get is references for transferring Firefox folders to another computer. Any help gratefully appreciated.
