I've been using a Rewards site regularly (3/4 times per month) for several years without problem. This weekend the attached pop-up appeared. It makes no difference whether I select Resend or Cancel, the program just re-displays the pop-up trapping me in an endless loop. The only exit is to close the window and abort the process. I was able to complete the task without any problem using Edge instead so it appears to be a Firefox specific issue. I haven't consciously changed anything since last using the site successfully on 24 May. Any help/suggestions appreciated.

No errors appear, and nothing shows up in the printer queue. All the other applications in Windows print just fine. It's just Firefox. And just for this one Windows user.
I tried clearing the saved printer settings in the about:support page. I tried refreshing Firefox. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox. I tried uninstalling, removing the mozilla folder in %appdata%, and reinstalling Firefox. No luck.
The only time I can get it to print anything is to log into a different user account on this same PC. Printing from Firefox seems to work then.
It seems there is some user-specific printer setting/file/whatever that is messed up. I'm not sure what else to try.

Why is Firefox backing up my bookmarks in a json file, when Firefox itself doesn't recognise the file type when trying to restore said bookmarks? I WAS able to restore my bookmarks by converting the json file at https://www.jeffersonscher.com/ffu/bookbackreader.html. But why can't Firefox just back up as an html file like to used to? since the last update, the shortcut keys to highlight a word at a time left OR right are both highlighting the next word AND also jumping to the last tab. AGAIN! I noticed this was identified as a problem back around 2019 in a search. I now cannot move fluidly within text, nor highlight a word at a time quickly. Either it's whole line or simply a letter at a time... which results in a pretty incompetent, crippling experience. PLEASE FIX!!

Bought a new computer. All my toolbar bookmarks migrated across successfully. Sidebar symbol missing from the menu bar and I couldn't find where these Book Marks were at first. But then I right clicked on the menu bar, clicked on Manage Book Marks which opened a Library box and there they were. Does anyone know an easier way to access them please? The lag is very problematic to me, because I do most of my work using the browser. When the keyboard starts lagging I can only enter text using copy/paste with mouse (which works fine). The only way to solve it is to restart Firefox (which can result in lost work).
The lag, when it starts, is 10 seconds or more for each keystroke. It occurs about once every few days.

after downloading and installing v.126 of firefox, my history has disappeared. the browser is not generating new history from web site visits. the history is fixed permanently on a single web address. this is the web address of a site that is in my toolbar. this site cannot be deleted from the history. this site cannot be deleted through the preferences menu. the same site shows in the history file as the only site visited in the past several months, even though i have not visited that site in the past several months. the browser does not show my browsing history. the browser does not create a browsing history. my history function is permanently broken.

My password saved are deleted every time I close FF. It used to be manageable because Google and other sites didn't require me to fill my passwords (cookies did the trick I suppose) but now I also loose access to gmail and Youtube every time I close FF. It's annoying to have to use 2FA every damn time. And keeping the passwords available.
I've tried every answer I found by looking around :
- tried to start in safe mode - disable hardware acceleration - I have no extensions
FF saves the passwords correctly (at least they appear in the saved password tab) but they are erased every time I restart FF. The cookies aren't automatically deleted (FF remembers my browsing history) but I need to relog into Google.
I getting frustrated.

Hello, Since a couple of weeks I'm facing a strange issue on my Firefox installed on my desktop (arch linux) where the suggestions window that appears when clicking the URL address bar, is shifted upwards and covers the address bar itself and the majority of the bookmarks. For a while now, I've been having recurring issues with Firefox desktop freezing and becoming totally unresponsive. If there's any pattern to what causes it, I haven't been able to notice it; sometimes it happens as soon as I open the browser, sometimes it happens after several hours, sometimes it happens twice in ten minutes, sometimes it happens twice in a few hours (however, I can count the number of days it's happened less than twice in one day in the past few weeks on the fingers of one hand). When the browser freezes, it becomes totally unresponsive - it doesn't fade or display "Not Responding", and Task Manager shows nothing abnormal, but it doesn't accept any input at all, any video or other animated material that may have been displaying freezes, and it can only be "fixed" by force quitting from the task manager and reopening. This is exclusively a firefox issue; other programs open at the same time as the browser freezes are not affected.
The only real lead I have as to what could be going on is that sometimes, things don't freeze all at once, but in a cascading effect. For example, tabs, bookmarks, etc. might not highlight when moused over, but still accept the clicks, or selecting another tab might causes the address bar to display the URL of the selected tab, but the screen displayed in the window will not change. Once these cascading changes start, they generally progress to total freeze before I have a chance to do much with that information (only a few seconds), but it's unusual enough behavior to be worth noticing.
Things I've already tried that haven't fixed the issue:
