YouTube is not working in a new tab when I open a link on a new tab from you tube. The Shorts are working fine.

only in Firefox.. other browsers are good... shorts are working fine on new tab but normal videos freeze when open in new tab. besides if i press reload on a running video it also react same. it freeze. please help.

I'd like to now if it's possible to roll out a version of Firefox with password manager disable. While still be able to have the account option enable so Bookmarks and History can be synced.

As my work place has disable Firefox account sync saying they cannot disable Firefox password manger.

If someone could please if this is possible is so can you share how this would be done.

Hi there;

Once again, and again Firefox hangs on websites, the whole screen just freezes with no tab response. I cleared FF out and reloaded and lo-behold the same isssue re-occurs. It is very tiresome when one has loaded some site data and it doesn´t march forward.

Has anyone some simple sugestions without throwing the rectification Bible ? Win 10 absolutely nothing out of the ordinary.

I have a personal ' writing email' template in Yahoo mail which I use for a specific community. It contains relevant information which saves me from having to type it in everytime I email the community. However, of late when using 'Compose' the template appears but when I try typing below the salutation I cannot use the 'Enter' button to move the cursor down the page to create the body text. Consequently my emails are just one line of type with no paragraphing.

Why is this?

I am unable to play any videos on firefox only because of this WidevindCDN crash messages. i have updated firefox to the latest version and restarted the device and tried again however this error keeps showing up and doesnt let any video play. Please fix

In error, I answered 'yes' to save an entry on a site to be my new login ID & pswd for that site. I want to get back to my original login ID & pswd. They told me I need to call my Browser FireFox to "get rid of my pre-saved login id & pswd". How do I do that? jerrybrown411@gmail.com

I've notice FF in the past month has stooped maintaining scroll position upon refreshing. It was working perfectly until recently. maintain scroll position upon refreshing is a key feature to my work. Please help!

I have search separated from the url bar, and I have Firefox Suggest configured to only use history for tab completion. I've noticed a couple problems.

• Search is being prioritized over options in my history. I have the separate search box, if I wanted to search I would use it. If I type a single character I want the most common result from my history to be the result of hitting tab.
• I've noticed recently that I'm getting sponsored results even though I have them disabled. It's somewhat inconsistent, and I've only noticed it in one of my profiles. Specifically I am used to "w <tab>" taking me to weather.gov but I'm getting sponsored results for AccuWeather. I clicked the "feedback -> not interested" button but this is concerning that Firefox is ignoring preferences and there's a pattern of sending data to Google and AccuWeather despite me configuring the browser not to.

As a user, when creating and using a saved credit card, I'd like the opportunity to provide it a nickname. This would make it easier to distinguish if multiple cards are saved. This doesn't seem to be available.

For whatever reason the Picture-in-Picture button keeps not showing up in normal places like Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc. I can make it come back by going to the Settings turning off the Picture-in-Picture option (Which is always still active) refreshing the settings then going back to Picture-in-Picture and turning it back on and then finally refreshing the video I was trying to use, but this is kind of a lot to have to do every time it happens and it seems to be happening more and more, so I'd like to fix the root cause instead if possible. Any ideas?

I would rather not change browsers just to use USPS.com. Can you direct me to correct settings so that I can use Firefox?

Firefox just self updated to 119.0 and twice now it has frozen then locked up the system so I couldn't even move the mouse cursor, and I had no choice but do a hardware reset. Windows 10 desktop PC. I had to download Chrome to get back on the net. I'm rolling back to an earlier version and turning off the updates. Updates usually do more harm than good, and I've been using these browsers since Netscape 2.

This morning the add-on 'Search By Image' has ceased working. I use it daily, it worked yesterday, and so far as I know there have been no updates to FF or SBI or Windows.

To test I tried removing SBI and re-adding it, and disabling Malwarebytes.

I disabled SBI and installed "Image Search Options". ISO works, though I prefer SBI.

Win11, FF is now 119.0, but it auto-updated when I went to check so I do not know what it was when the problem began this morning. I have not restarted, I have too many tabs open at the moment.

This is also happening to a different PC that is Win10/FF, but never had Malwarebytes installed. SBI still does not work after restarting FF v119.0 in Win10.

Any ideas on how to diagnose this?

Your code writers need to write code to handle Facebook. When scrolling through FB the feed constantly jumps ahead 5 or more posts... It's not a FB issue, its a Mozilla issue, in as much it doesn't occur with Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge... I could use them for FB but then I won't have my Firefox addon's..... Maybe collaborate with their code writers and ask how they addressed this issue...
