You say to go to the download page and my version of Windows will be detected & you'll give me the correct version. However, IE 8 in Windows 7 won't go to your download page. So, I need to download from another computer and copy the file to the Windows 7 computer. This doesn't work when you detect that the computer doing the download is a newer computer. How do I tell your system to give me the Windows 7 installer?

FF is offering up possible login names for a particular site I have used previously even though I have removed all related browsing history, form data, and cookies (and cleared the cache). What am I missing? Is it using stored history for unrelated sites to guess at a user name, or is there some other hidden history I need to clear?

I was able to install it on my Mac mini running OS mountain lion with no problem but This is the error message I keep getting on my IMAC OS10.15.7 Catalina (attached): current browser is safari ver 15.6.1. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Three days ago a window popped up asking me to update Firefox. I did and afterwards my personal bookmarks listing disappeared. I tried rebooting everything. No luck. I went to your website and followed all of your suggestions, but again nothing worked; mainly because I could not find on my computer the info the last step in your suggestions were asking for. (I did get a message several times telling me I was using an old Firefox profile. I tried to investigate, but each time your instructions told me to look for something as the last or next-to-last step, I ended not being able to find it on my computer. Again, I have tried everything. Please help me.

The above topic doesn't really apply to this. There was no option for this problem.

Now, I use Firefox Relay to mask my email address. It has always been an icon on the toolbar. It has now disappeared. I would like to use it but can't without that icon.

Hello, Firefox. So I have this feature whenever I type. When I type my first letter, it is capital, and whenever I add an comma to my sentence and hit the space key, it adds an period. I don't remember enabling that feature, and I want to disable that feature. Is there any way if I can disable that feature? Thanks in advance!

When trying to access the Princess Cruise website I just keep getting a blank page. Princess says I need to remove extensions. I have read and read and to be honest I am totally confused. Please help.

I keep getting pr_connection_reset_error messages in Firefox version 148.0 64 bit. I have purchased the windows 10 OS with extended updates and am running version 22H2 os build 19045.6937 do you have any suggestions on fixing this problem? I want to transfer my profile from an old laptop to a new one. i am not comfortable with uploading my passwords to the cloud as i do not understand how this is safe. i made tar.gz file with the entire profile, almost 1gb and put that on the new laptop. edited the profiles.ini and install.ini and expected the profile will load, but firefox simply does not work in that profile. it cannot browse and clicking the menu button in top right does nothing. Please, help. If I share data below that is the working profile, not the one that fails.

It is very annoying that you suddenly change the way most users got used to searching in Firefox. I am not the only one who complains about this particular and sudden change, after updating Firefox. Please reinstate the central search bar of Firefox asap. It makes one wonder what else you might think of changing with the next Firefox update! At least give the users of Firefox a previous notice of what changes come with every update. I am thinking very seriously of dropping Firefox and use Brave, if the problem is not solved asap. One of your staff mentioned that this problem would have been solved by 10th March. Till this very moment nothing has happened!! This is not a thread but a serious complaint. I have been using Firefox for a long long time. I would like to be able to use it provided I can use it the way I am used it.

The size of the slider is so tiny, it is extremely difficult to see let alone manipulate. Is there a setting which would allow a user to make them much wider, thereby easier to see and manipulate? Thanks

Since one of the latest updates, Firefox keeps randomly showing me a popup saying "pin this tab", pointing to a tab I just opened. I close it with its X button, but after a while it just pops up again. I don't want to pin a tab, ever - I have bookmarks for a reason and I don't see any point in this feature. How do I stop this incredibly annoying popup from bugging me constantly to do something I never want to do?
