When watching something on Youtube and I click on the coloured download icon, I get to be able to click on the title of the video. A blue 1 appears in the download icon. When I click again, then click on the blue 1 to watch the download. Nothing happens. The window just sits there and states 'downloading', but it does not happen. This happened last year and you managed to fix it; now Youtube seem to have blocked downloading again. Geoffrey D Dean, Australia.

I tried to look for the "json" files or "jsonlz" files but I cannot find any. Where are they exactly so I can physically remove these specific files? To remove stored bookmarks secretly behind the scene?

One of the main reasons I use Firefox is the ability to enter the address bar and press "Tab" to go to the next option instead of pressing the down arrow like in some other browsers. The problem I'm encountering is when I want to get to something further down the list, it's all of the sudden tabbing to this little 3 dot menu that has "Remove from history" and "Learn More".

I use this feature a lot to visit past pages for researching, so I'm wondering is this 3 dot menu new? Is there a way to disable it? I've attached a screenshot to hopefully more clearly describe what I'm talking about.

Since Ebay changed their format for auction ads the photos that are part of the ads open as faint negatives that can barely be seen. However, if you right click on one and save to a new tab they are fine.

I am on a unstable internet connection and while trying to download a large file it gets often interrupted. By default Firefox deletes the .part file and I am forced to again download from zero. Is there a config that I could change so Firefox keeps .part files so I could continue resuming the interrupted download?

If you can find out what causes this error code to appear, we would be on the road to solving the problem. BTW, it can play videos on the selection screen but only raises the error when i try to launch the movie. I also have difficulty with News videos where the wait symbol never stops, it just keeps trying to play it and never succeeds.

Hi, I just want to ask why every time I used Firefox browser on my PC then open my Task manager the Firefox in processes tab have 10 more counts even I didn't open any website and add tab. Please kindly check my screenshot. Hope to get feedback on your team. Thanks..

With the latest release of Firefox the Extensions are no longer viewable above the toolbar. One in particular ScrollSave needs to be set (turned on) at the exact scrolled location and now this capability has been lost.

Any suggestions.

Hi: Is the World Wide Radio add-on a Mozilla approved, supported add-on ? I can find no way to address comments with them, nor seek support. All that said, I've grown to adore Mozilla's products even though I'm a newbie with all things digital; thanks so much. I am disabled and limited to disability income only; as such I can never afford to support monetarily to my satisfaction.. it is what it is. I do so appreciate the work done by so many contributors. I find that I do need more support to feel comfortable and proficient with all the Mozilla products. Currently I use the Firefox browser and add-ons / and Thunderbird as an email client. Google searched stopped working in Firefox version 113.0.2. I have tried all the fixes suggested and nothing has worked. Any other suggestions or do I just stop using Firefox?

I have a blog hosted on Render. The base URL provided by them is https://parker-codes.onrender.com. This URL works perfectly, in all browsers.

I purchased a domain from Google and then linked a CNAME record to the Render one: https://blog.parker-codes.dev. This URL works in many browsers except for Firefox Mobile (on Android). I receive the error "Address not found. The browser could not find the host server for the provided address."

- I flushed the DNS cache and checked that it propagated across the globe. I used nslookup to verify the domain resolution. - I tested in various other browsers on desktop (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and mobile (Chrome) and they all work. - I turned off mobile extensions. I also tried in a private window. Still no luck. - I reached out to Google support. They don't see any domain or DNS issues on their end.

From all of this, it appears that the Firefox mobile browser has a bug that can't load the site for some reason. It can't properly resolve the host even though many other browsers can.

I receive the following message when trying to go to Fold3 website:

An error occurred during a connection to www.fold3.com.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

What do I do to correct?

I go to youtube, open a video and the audio plays just fine, except there is no visual. The video says its playing and I can hear it normally but I can't see anything. Subtitles show up, but the place where the video is supposed to be is just blank, the same as the background of the page. Weirdly if I click the settings button on youtube, the one next to the sign in or account button, the video will display as long as that menu is up. If I close the menu the video goes away.

I have refreshed firefox, deleted and reinstalled firefox, removed all my extensions, turned hardware acceleration off (and then back on when it didn't work) as was recommended in a similar post a few years ago, and restarted my computer. Youtube still won't show me a video. It works fine on chrome, just not firefox.

I uploaded a screenshot of an ad, which doesn't play but shows the outline of the video player, a screenshot of a normal video where the area the video should be in is just more indistinct background, a screenshot of the video appearing normally when I have the settings menu open, and a screenshot of the captions loading properly over an empty void.

Edit: I installed the Enhancer for Youtube extension? Which I haven't ever installed beofre? And now Youtube works? Why

2nd Edit: Its broken again. I changed literally nothing, just restarted my computer for an update but im getting blank screens again

I saw an other article about the same possible but they had a problem with an extension but I dont have that extension but still have the same problem. Whenever i watch twitch or youtube and i alt tab or switch tabs my audio and video stops playing.

Citibank site does not allow my accounts to be shown(uploaded with my access field of ID and Password.... and always impossible to log in because it does not recognize my correct information as correct and sees it as false information...therefore does not recognize my ID and password and I am blocked out..

Also old information may not be deleted properly and causes confusion so site needs to be cleared of old useless information.
