ello. My favorites have disappeared from my Windows 11 PC. It has happened once before and then I was able to get them back by deleting the sqlite file, now it doesn't work and I need your help with ending firefox processes etc.

For the last 2-3 day I have been experiencing a box that asks for my signature each time I go to a new website. I can't move the box. I can't screenshot it. Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?

This afternoon, I clicked on a link from an email and for the first time got a choose a profile pop-up. I do not want this; I have read info on Mozilla and elsewhere about its purpose but it doesn't say how to just stop the pop-up - there should be an option just stop the pop-up because I don;t want to have to choose amongst options. I have started copy-pasting the links in emails and going to Chrome and will seriously have to reconsider using Firefox of this continues. I don't want to have to type about:config or anything - this should have been an opt out or opt in thing and I want out. Thank you for your help.

I got a new desktop computer and can't access firefox. My existing account is still under my old email ([edited] @q.com) and has been decommisioned. My new email is [edited] @myctl.net. I cannot sign in because I forgot my password for q.com which no longer exists, so I can't receive an email to change password. I am at a loss how to fix this... Can you help me please. I had sent you my new email back a few months ago so I thought it had been changed to myctl.net but it is not. help please, I am so frustrated. thx for your help

somehow about since 3 months ago i believe (or start at 2026) suddenly i can't stream on firefox again but all other browser that i tested are worked just fine

it gave blackscreen like ss that i attached. even tried on fresh installed Firefox for android too

to be honest i love feature of firefox that i can pop-out PIP windows all more than 1 and even gave full screen of that PIP

i tried every suggest that appeared on website like Disable Enhanced Tracking Protection, turning off hardware acceleration, clear cookies, autoplay are on ALLOW, doing safemode check also make that black screen, even check about:config media.mediasource.enabled (set to true),DRM ON

my system : AMD 7600x, memory 16GB,GPU : RTX3060, Windows 11

Wenn ich mich auf einigen Seiten anmelden möchte, erscheint dann dieses Fenster: ' Zum synchronisieren anmelden' 'und probieren sie andere Schutzwerkzeuge von Mozilla aus'. Ich möchte nichts davon, ich möchte mich nur ganz normal anmelden.

My sound does not work when using Firefox. But when I switch to the troubleshooting mode in the "Help" menu, the sound works normally. I did not make any changes to sound settings. Sound was fine last night and did not work when I woke the computer up this morning. I am using Windows 11. Going from troubleshooting mode back to normal mode causes the sound to stop working again.

Firefox is causing my wifi adapter to shut down

Running firefox for any length of time will shut down my wifi adapter at a random moment. The only solution is reboot

Using opera, the problem does not occur, I can run opera continuously without problem. Running firefox at anytime will cause the fail at some point.

Im running windows 11 I have run firefox in safe mode Disabled all addons Set to “No Proxy” Disabled power saving on the adapter Replaced firefox with the ESR version 140.8 , previous version was the latest I note that there are up to 11 firefox process instances in task manager (all cleared when firefox is shut down) Firefox is set to update automatically Several updates have occured during this problem Disabled hardware acceleration Cleared cache Latest wifi driver And a few more that I cant recollect at the moment

Any idea’s?

Tell me why I have no sound on Firefox and how to fix it. I do have sound on DuckDuckGo and AVG Secure Browser. I have checked my sound setting 55% and not muted. I have shut down and started laptop, still no sound. I checked Firefox updates and am good.

The same thing happens on my two Dell laptops (Inspiron and Latitude), and a Hyper-V VM (on my desktop PC). They all run Bazzite Linux 6.17.7-ba25.fc43.x86_64.

A video may play for a second or two, and then it's either a black screen, or an error message of "The content doesn't seem to be working."

On the same two laptops and VM, the Chromium Browser, and LibreWolf (a fork of Firefox?), have no issues playing the same videos.

Firefox version on all three systems is 147.0.3.

Any help/guidance welcome with thanks.

My bookmarks have been deleted after firefox automatical update on 15/3/2026. Does anybody know how to recover them? I have tried to import and back up but I couldn't see a solution . thanks

I'm suddenly having a problem where images don't save as .jpg unless I add that myself. At first, it wanted to save images as WebP, but I was able to fix that in the about:config. Now when I go to save an image, it wants to save as Chrome HTML document and I have to click all files and then add .jpg.

Ce matin,09/03, ORANGE a mis en place une nouvelle messagerie qui ne passe plus sur FIREFOX mais que j'ai retrouvée par un autre navigateur. Tous mes contacts avaient disparu ainsi que les messages reçus ou envoyés.
