When I try to logon to Dropbox I get this message: "Your browser appears to be blocking dropboxcaptcha.com, which is required for authentication. To resolve this issue, please update any anti-virus or ad-blocking software settings to allow connections to dropboxcaptcha.com."

Usually Firefox keep the login info for almost all sites that we need to login! I have a site that i have to login periodically and it requires 3 fields to login! A user name A subscription key (password) and a third which is my VAT number! My Vat number i remember it and that's not a problem! But the other 2 fields i would like Firefox to remember them! I manually registered a login entry for that site but firefox gives me nothing when i enter the site? Any ideas why and how can i solve this problem? Thank you!

A website that I use normally displays a graph of my variable as a function of time, but it has recently ceased to display the graph. Other data is available in a normal manner on that website. The graph displays when I access the website via Safari (which I rarely use). The uploaded sample images are from Safari and from Firefox. I have enabled pop-ups for that website on Firefox, and I believe I have enabled cookies for that site. Javascript is enabled on Firefox. I can't identify the nature of the problem with Firefox. I am using iMac Pro with OS 12.6 for both. Thanks for any advice.

Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to go.planmember.com. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.

What can you do about it?

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem.”

I signed into mozilla firefox on my father's computer at his home. I was visiting for the week and forgot my laptop. I logged his firefox account, then signed in with my details. Now I am seeing all of my father's login credentials when I am logged in to my firefox account at my home. I am not sure how it happened but I would like to not see my father's credentials for every website. Thank you.

How can I fix this? No idea what it is talking about and can load on Safari fine. I could load www.jimmchughphotographs.com fine on Firefox a little while ago. Just noticed the blank screen on my computer tonight. Is it Firefox, my computer, how to fix. bold textI forgot my primary password on my PC and I have my account synced with my phone and i still have access to my passwords from my phone. can I reset the primary passsword on the PC then re- sync it with my phone to restore all the login information? or would it also get deleted from my phone?

When Firefox automatically updated to 109.1 tonight, I lost all my saved passwords and bookmarks. The bookmarks aren't in a file under 'Restore' in 'Manage Bookmarks' (but I had saved them so I got most of them back). But I can't get my passwords. What happened?

I am new to Firefox and I have no idea if I have setup everything correctly to secure my PC? As a Pensioner I am finding this extremely difficult and have no idea where to or how to get to any of the pages in Firefox to check if I have correctly secured my PC? Please would someone be kind to take control of my PC and check for me please? I would be most grateful for you kind assistance herewith.

Hi Firefox team,

I searched online about TLS 1.0 support history events. Looks like Firefox previously (around year of 2020) stopped supporting TLS 1.0, but later re-enable it to support some goverment TLS 1.0 website for COVID reason.

We now have a website(based TLS 1.0). That site is no longer available on Chrome, but it's still available on latest Firefox version by today(Mar 21, 2023). I'd like to know do you have a plan to officially stop supporting TLS 1.0 website again without exception? If so, when will it happen?

I got a "Secure connection failed during a connection to duckduckgo.com. I am using WIN xp and Mypal browser. I get the same message if I try Firefox. What do I do now?

I tried to get a Account recovery key. When I enter the password it responds that it it is not correct. This is the password I have for my account. Why is this happening?

Firefox is my default browser. I am sure that I have literally dozens of site logins that use my primary email address as the ID or as a recovery email (including Firefox itself). I now want to use a different email address (gmail or something more generic), since there's a slight possibility that my current email provider may not exist in the future. Is there a way to get Firefox to give me a complete list of all website logins that use this specific email address? (I don't care about passwords, I just need to know which sites I have to change.)

I am the product manager of a browser extension on your store

Our former CTO has lost access to the store a while ago (we no longer find the two-steps authentification device and we have lost the backup codes as well), which means that we can no longer update our browser extension because we can no longer login as the admins of that product.

I know that you indicate in your documentation - see screenshot - that you cannot help if we no longer have the backup codes. But I prefer to contact you anyway because we are currently blocked and can no longer manage our own product.

I have stumbled upon an issue. I am running the 111.0 (64-bit) Firefox desktop version and I have deactivated all telemetry options under 'Firefox Data Collection and Use'.

However, the browser keeps attempting to send telemetry data, calling: "incoming.telemetry.mozilla.org", which I have blocked with custom DNS filtering.

I am quite disappointed by this and somewhat perplexed that this is happening given that the browser doesn't seem to be respecting the fact that I disabled all 'Firefox Data Collection and Use' options? Why is this happening and how can I fully deactivate telemetry collection beyond this?

I am unable to remove the Stupid puzzle button. From what i read it's intended. Each time more companies act more and more overbearing, fortunately we have

variety.

As i found no solution, i am removing the application. And severely criticize it with those whom i speak and suggest a change.
