The image I uploaded is all I am getting. I even got on line one on one with my McAfee and they got on my computer. I need help guys. Is not just browse, I am also having issues accessing the website I know my account has been compromise. All I did different is add 2 adds on that were recommended by Mozilla and I removed them but it looks like the damage was already done.

I could not join a group panel discussion in US using Zoom. The error message said connection could not be made with a Zoom site ending with .us The meeting was organised by Coda a US based organisation. The Uk end was organised by a website called Eventbrite. I tried again using an I-Pad but got the same rejection withh error message PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

I should add that recently quite frequently when I start an online search on my Windows 10 PC a box appears at left end of search box stating   "Insecure" but this quickly disappears.

I went into setting and cleared cookies I have done this in the past because it was slowing down web sites this time it it said this site don't exist it's a live stream and i can't get it back i've refreshed logout and singed back in and still will not come up what do i have to do in your setting to get this site back

Hello, I have some issues with Firefox keeping my logged in my Google account. When I close Firefox it logs me out of Google, but not other websites. I have tried some methods from other threads on this site but still without success. I have the setting for delete cookies on Firefox close to off and have tried Firefox remember history and use custom settings. Thank you for reading this.

Yahoo and facebook are not recognizing my device and always ask for me to sign in with 2FA...Facebook asked if I want this to be a trusted device - I select Yes and next time I log in, password and text code....Yahoo Mail the same...asking for 2FA. I did not ask to be cut on and cannot turn off!!!!

Good day,my firefox has been acting weird for the last weeks.Everyday I have to re-login to all the sites I have been to,as if it doesn't save.E.g my email,I might login today,but tomorrow i have to re-login.Or youtube,today i login,tomorrow i have to re-login,confirming that I'm the one by going on the phone and pressing the correct verification number.Please,would you like to help me with this,so that i no longer need a phone and so that i no longer have to re-login the whole time.Some sites i had yesterday aren't even here now.

Пароли все удалил, но при нажатии вход на странице для авторизации файрфокс автоматически входит в один и тот же аккаунт. Как поменять аккаунт??? Не дает выбора ввести другие данные для входа в другой аккаунт.

I'm not sure if this is a Firefox problem or not, but every time I try to go the Facebook website I get this error:

"Sorry! Something went wrong :("

And it has been going on for weeks. Sometimes it works in the evenings (UK time), which seems weird but it is rare. I tried troubleshooting mode and it made no difference. Facebook is my sole means of contact with some people, including one or two students (I'm a tutor). I also tried to install the newest version of Manjaro, but it made no difference.

Also, I cleared the whole history, and do that at the end of each day anyway, so that is not a fixer.

The reason why there is any doubt that it a is Firefox problem is that it also happens with Chromium but without the occasional successful connection.

Does anyone have any ideas? And is there any other information that it might be useful for me to provide?

(Firefox 131.0.3 and up to date version on 12/03/2025) (Manjaro 24.1.1 and up to date version on 12/03/2025)

Supplementary note: I won't be able to use Caprine as an alternative access as it has effectively been obsoleted due to it being dependent on Electron29, which won't build for some obscure reason. And no, I don't have a smartphone.

Hi, folks. Just updated to 136.0 two days ago. After the update, I had to re-login to sites I use every day and normally don't log out of (personal home desktop, no one else uses it). I REALLY don't like this.

After logging back in to a few basic sites, I found that the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" option was CHECKED (Settings > Privacy&Security > Cookies and Site Data). I've always kept that unchecked, but 136 apparently changed that for me without asking. I unchecked it and thought that'd solve the problem.

Nope; happening again today. In my Settings, that same option had been RE-CHECKED. (I'm assuming that's what's causing the problem.)

Any ideas on how to stop Firefox from logging out of everything? (Some passwords behind my Primary Password are being remembered, but logins for things like my Google account, Gmail, newspaper subscriptions, Amazon, Bluesky, etc. have to be re-entered every time.)

Windows 11 Home, Firefox 136.0.

"I am getting logged out of all my Google accounts even after logging in. After restarting, the issue persists. I have read previous solutions regarding this problem but have been unable to find a fix."

I'm trying to log into my gmail account, but every time I try, I am sent to the clear cache and cookies page. I have cleared my cache many times and still am unable to access my email on my computer through firefox. Can I get help with this? Thanks in advance!

For many years now I've had Firefox clear

• browsing & download history
• temporary cached files and pages
• saved form info

but not

• cookies and site date
• site settings

This worked flawlessly until Firefox updated to version 136, at which point all cookies were deleted and I was signed out of every account on every website.

Looking at the settings page, the option to delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed is now enabled. I don't remember what this setting used to look like, but I did not change it recently.

Unchecking the box seems to work, but I shouldn't suddenly have to do this, and the "damage" is done.

Why did the update to version 136 sign me out of every website, and how do I protect myself against this happening again?
