Audio doesn't work with Firefox. This appears to be ONLY a Firefox problem. Headphones work with Edge. Computer speakers work. In Windows settings, testing audio works. But when I attempt to listen to something in Firefox, there is no sound at all.

Firefox has my credit card information and it shows up in a window when I go to pay for something, but when I click on the credit card I want to pay with, the details appear on the form but get removed almost instantly.

I am in UK. It was working until recently.

None of the earlier answers have helped.

I have an old credit card somewhere in the firefox memory that I want to delete, where is it located and I will need step by step instructions (WIN 11) to find it and delete it so it stops showing up as a payment option.

I want Firefox to auto-enter passwords for log-in on selected sites. There are a few sites I use regularly -- on which I am NOT worried about someone discovering my password. (On Chrome, once I have signed on to the site, I can re-open the site without bothering to log in with user name and pswd.)

So, I cannot get sound through firefox and you want me to search through numerous panels that do nothing to get a result., You want me to check connections and equipment that work in other apps which I have already gone through steps to prove.

You also have zero ability to actually contact a support rep. You prefer I go on the roundabout of obfuscation until I really want to find someone in mozilla management and insert the mozilla organisation on a long pole, five km should about do it.

If microsnot and giggle can do it, why not youhoo?

I am using Firefox 136 browser and browsing my browser sound suddenly has disappeared. The PC sound is just fine with other applications, even with Opera browser I tested. Help is needed.

My Firefox browser has been crashing for a while now (Years). It's fine playing YouTube and BBC iPlayer but when I advance the time marker to a different part of the stream or video, it crashes. It also has a problem when playing slots. It seems to crash a lot making it impossible to play.

I have tried using Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode but the same things happen.

When filling a form which requires an email address, Firefox suggests domains which I never use. I want to either turn off the suggestions completely or customise them. If there's no other way, I'll do it in code and build my own version of FF, although a pointer where to look in the code would be appreciated :)

I recently imported passwords and usernames for auto-fill from chrome and a few of the websites will not auto-fill my username. I have to manually type the username every time even though i can see they are saved in the Firefox browser.

When typing in my email address, Firefox automatically completes the name. My name was mispelled once and now it appears every day. How do I delete this?
