This is the message I get. "Please unblock challenges.cloudflare.com to proceed." I can do nothing.

Things I've tried. Adding exceptions in the privacy settings in 2 seperate areas. Resetting Browser deafults. Turning off all vpn's and addons.

Nothing works.

Your instructions under "help" say to click on "Firefox" and click on "preferences". When I click on Firefox the menu does NOT have "Preferences" in it. What's up with that?? And how do I clear the cache and cookies?

I removed the Firefox Relay, however whenever I want to open my email its still there and I have to keep entering my email address manually, How do \i get rid of it?

the Ask to Save Website Passwords Option keeps Deselecting itself, it will not stay selected

Because of that, the Auto fill Username & Password fields do not populate.

I have already Uninstalled Firefox, removed all files from my system, deleted all Firefox App Data from my system, Reinstalled Firefox from Scratch, reconfigured all, but can not get this working correctly

I have windows 11 pro 23H2 and latest Firefox installed. I have no keyboard attached to computer and when I touch the adress bar nothing happens, touch keyboard does not show up. I tried with 3 different computers. Edge and Chrome works and shows the touch keyboard. Any suggestions or is there a bug?

I have some Bookmarks on my laptop. I have some of these Bookmarks (Not all) on my tablet, plus some other Bookmarks.

If I sync them, which direction does the sync work in? Will all my Bookmarks on my laptop now appear on my tablet (Which I do not want to happen)? Will all my Bookmarks on my tablet now appear on my laptop (Which I do want)? Will I end up with two copies of most Bookmarks, because all my laptop Bookmarks are transfered to my tablet, plus all my tablet Bookmarks are transfered to my laptop?

I cannot find any explanatioin of what Sync actually does.

I've tried EVERYTHING I can think of to fix this issue. When 'trying' to open a YouTube video in Firefox, I'm 'informed' that I'm offline - try reconnecting (or something like that). I'm NOT offline. Three other browsers have NO problem opening these YouTube videos; it's only Firefox. Can someone PLEASE come up with a REAL resolve to this issue? I don't want to give up on Firefox and go back to Chrome. But this issue is VERY annoying. Thanks to anyone who can provide constructive resolution(s). AL R.

BEFORE ANYONE ANSWERS THIS PLEASE STOP AND THINK. I have been using this browser since Netscape. I have been "managing" bookmarks for years and years but I have NEVER found a SOLUTION to managing bookmarks in a SIMPLE, USEFUL way. I have wasted hours and hours on this site looking for answers to the ongoing difficulty that EVERYONE has dealing with the BROWSER WARS imperative that bookmarks can be imported and therefore, perpetually duplicated in an infinite array of browser upgrades and OS installations over the YEARS AND YEARS. For those of us who have managed to ERR on the side of caution and always opt to live with the effects of this rather than risk LOSING the good data nested within, I implore Mozilla to THINK LONG AND HARD on developing a solution to this ONGOING PROBLEM WITH BROWSER BOOKMARKS MANAGEMENT OVERALL. Oh sure, there are hundreds of plugins that ultimately suck up the memory for partial solutions to the PROBLEM that is caused by each new installation of Firefox or other browser in which past bookmarks are imported and ultimately duplicated ad infinitum. I don't need to know all the things that are wrong with Microsoft and how developers or users create the problem, I need a SOLUTION.

Will Mozilla please be the FIRST BROWSER TO SOLVE THE DE-SHITIFICATION OF BOOKMARKS no matter how poorly mismanaged and duplicated they were in past iterations?

The more time I spend on this HELP site looking for answers, the clearer it becomes that this is a problem for DEVELOPERS to solve because none of the USERS can figure out the answers. So, BEFORE you tell me ANYTHING, SHOW ME THE MOZILLA FEATURE THAT SOLVES BOOKMARKS MANAGEMENT THOROUGHLY AND SIMPLY, because, so far, that clearly does not exist.

i use New Tab Override, reinstalled my software, firefox, and lost the button to get a new tab that goes on the address bar. its no longer in customize. ive removed the addon and put it back on, started in troubleshoot mode, disabled all other addons, and it never showed back up

Hello all. I'd like to restore the backspace button function but the previously workable solution — resetting browser. backspace_action to 0 — is not working for me. Any hints as to why that might be the case?

I did a 'refresh' of my browser, thinking that basic user information would be saved. But I lost all my tabs in OneTab (extension). Is it possible to recover them?

I've noticed lately that my Firefox keeps freezing and hanging up at random periods for no apparent reason. I have very few plugins and it even happens with them all disabled and removed. I've tried resetting Firefox to default everything yet it makes no difference.

Also I can not clear history. I've tried multiple different clear history plugins but none of them work at all. And when I try the traditional way of clearing Firefox history the window pops up and then the entire browser just freezes while 'clearing' and never gives me back control, I have to force quit and restart to regain control. And then when I relaunch the history is still not cleared!

So aside from the constant lagging and lockups it seems that any attempt to delete history whether using the inbuilt function or adding plugins messes up the whole browser.

Googling this issue it seems others are having the exact same problem with Firefox and yet any suggested solutions (reset browser) don't seem to be working for may of them.. Or me.

hello ppl i hope u guys doing good look in some sites firefox is not playing any sound no audio like on facebook reels or watching a vedio there i cant hear anything and some sites also when i watch vedio i cant hear any sound but in other browser everything work perfect but i like to use firefox its audio prblm and pls know thats the prblm is not from my windows i have windows 10 everything work fine pls help me fix this thx.

When I open the Manage Bookmarks in Firefox I have thousands (not exaggerating) of recently bookmarked items. How to I delete all of them? I think I turned that feature off via the browser.bookmarks.showRecentlyBookmarked. I changed it from True to False I have tried deleting them one by one but it seems like they recreate and I am not making any progress deleting. How do I delete all of them?
