normally i just click the forefox icon on my taskbar and type claude.ai in the address field but today i was messaged that the claude program needed a mozila account - so I had to set one up. why and still cannot get to Claude

Firefox is up to date, Windows 11.

I frequently watch BBC videos but approx one week ago, they stopped playing. I have your VPN which is usually off as it give me no advantage, (this appeared following the last update), but I've tried switching on and changing to UK location. No change.

Can you give me some suggestions please?

Just recently I changed my privacy settings to take advantage of the privacy opt-out option for websites not to share my data or information. I went to my AMX credit card account and now every time I move to a new page the message, "Your Global Privacy Control opt-out signal has been honored" pops up and gets in the way of the information on the page. I am constantly having to click on the X in the corner to close the message box. Once would be enough for each main website. Having it pop up every time is absolutely annoying. I like having this option but if it's going to make me have to close the informational box every time I move to a new page or back to a former page, then I will have to undo the choice. The web designer who put this message text into the Firefox browser needs to find a way to only have it pop up once if they feel it is really necessary to tell me that they are blocking information from other companies. I really don't even need the first message just as long as it works behind the scenes. I hope someone gets web support to look into this issue. It's just so annoying.

Webgl has completly broken after last update for me. Forcing webgl in about config doesnt work and it doesnt work in troubleshoot mode either. Anything else i can try apart from reinstall from scratch as im worried about losing my history,saved account info and such. Or do i just need to do a full refresh and install? Thank you!

I have just started getting Virus/Trogan messages from McAfee when brousing with Firefox. I have not installed McAfee so is this a blackmailing/SCAM by McAfee to get me to pay?. I only get these messages when using Firefox, It seems to be somthing that's got into Firefox! I don't, at the moment, have this annoyance on my Laptop.

I can't get into my gmail My gmail icon disappeared from my icons screen a few days ago. I had to get into my email by going into Firefox. Now that isn't working either. I decided to make Firefox my browser, so I did that. Now what do I do? I still can't get into my gmail!!!!!!! Please help!!!!!! NOW

I am 70, sorry if I am not clued into all the latest. I have used Firefox forever because it delete cookies and tracking. Thanks for that. I had a update last night and now I can't get into my gmail account. Thanks

I run the current version of Firefox on a Dell Inspiron 15 3530 laptop under Windows 11 Pro, I've found two webpages that I can't scroll--there's no scrollbar on the page, and the arrow keys don't work. On other pages, there's no problem. but I simply can't scroll thes pages. What's going on here?

After going into Home Depot Canada's website, I can't entre into their departments sections, just see nothing. Maybe somethins wrong with my Firefox's settings? Please help. Thanks.

Hello. I frequently shop at particular store and have never had a problem.

Now, it's off and on. One order will go through with the help of their customer service (doing a direct purchase). Then a few weeks later I don't have a problem and can order without assistance. Now, once again, I can't purchase anything. Once my credit card goes through my address disappears. Then I add my address again and then my credit card is deleted. When my address or my credit card is deleted the order has in bold red letters telling me to add it again. I've tried Chrome after Firefox had issues but it had an issue too.

Is there something I can disable while I shop? I'm not having any problems with any other sites. Thank you!

Hello, Thanks for taking your time to help me with an internet page problem. The pages load but when using the cursor to select an option, I must reload the page using the circle with an arrow icon almost every time. Never happened before and it's annoying. All of a sudden I am unable to login to ingramspark.com It just keeps spinning but never gets past this page where I can enter my username and password info.

I cannot sign into Vanguard Mutual funds after 20 years of doing so. I can sign in using EDGE. I have the latest version of Firefox. I have some Ghostery stuff. I have Windows 11.
