Ok this latest UI appearance change is absolute dog feces. I hate it so much! It's so ugly! How do I change it back? I did not consent for my eyeballs to be assaulted like this. Did I mention it sucks? How do I change it back? 157.0.0.11

After update, perhaps, my Firefox appearance changed significally. It has smaller, rounded tabs and buttons. I find this change unwanted, untriggered and most of all, heavily unwelcome.

Please help mi with reverting Firefox back to how it looked and forbiding it change at next updae.

Hi, I'd like to remove the rounded corners ( they are too big) everywhere in the Firefox browser. The suggestions I've found online aren't helping me. Do you have a solution for beginners?

My current version of Firefox is 151.0.4 (64-bit) & for the past 2 weeks or so every time I use the search bar to google something it triggers one of those "We've detected unusual activity from your network" requiring a Captcha. At first I tried all of the typical stuff [antivirus, vpn, extensions, etc...] to make sure that wasn't the issue. But as of yesterday & confirmed today I can actually go to Google's website first & do the search from there with no issue & no captcha.

So, whatever the issue is has to do specifically with doing the search via the search bar... for some reason. Is this a bug in the browser, or is there perhaps some setting that could cause this to happen in the about:config page? Though, I doubt a setting could be it because I've changed the settings I've changed now for years without causing this issue.

Firefox 157.0 has suddenly changed the entire window including menu bar, tabs and the general window area. It is fading the colour from left to right. Suddenly I'm dark grey on the left, but it's got a weird burnt orange fading on the right. I tried the Customise and it has themes and now I'm stuck with it fading from right to left. black to grey. I looked at all the themes section in Customise, but it offers absolutely nothing suitable. It looks like something is going wrong but it's only effecting Firefox.

Can anyone offer advise on how to reset to all one colour, no fading. Windows apps set to dark theme. It seems to ignored.

Any help is welcome.

I live in Europe, where this stupid age verification law is in effect. I get around this by using a VPN. The problem is that I have two Firefox profiles set up with the same VPN and the same country. The issue occurs on X (formerly Twitter). On one profile, the VPN works as it should and I no longer need to verify my age, but on the other profile, the VPN has no effect and X (Twitter) asks me to verify my age. Yet the VPN is definitely enabled. I’ve cleared the cache and cookies, but nothing helps. It’s driving me crazy. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

I'm autistic and I find the new design updates really, really disturbing and I need to change it back to the old design.

I read on the help article for reverting to older versions that it'd be better to ask if there's a workaround instead of downgrading because of the security issues, so yeah does anyone know how to revert to the previous Firefox design and maintain the current version of the browser?

By the new design, I mean the roundness of everything and the teardrop shapes for whatever's left.

I'm still gonna revert back for now but hopefully there's a fix I can use.

I'm trying to add the world cup tracker to my home screen, but when i click the link, it just puts me in my new tab page with no changes. When I click the pencil edit icon, widgets are not an option for me. Is there a place I need to enable them?

Issue persists on Incognito Mode and it goes away if I use different browser.

Since 2 days issue like this happened and it is retroactive meaning all previous conversations are also blank, all replies of chatgpt are blank except replies with image generation, those are fine.

Before you recommend me to do something please keep in mind that Incognito itself does not help.

I can use this adress on different browser and it works fine

All pdf files show all pages blank. It affects both those newly downloaded in Firefox and those I have stored on my PC and open with Firefox. I think this started from when the latest Firefox update was installed this week. I am up to date on Widows 11.

I cannot seem to revert the changes done to the Firefox User Interface completely. I have set browser.nova.enabled to false, which reverted some changes, but the address bar and the bar of which the websites are (which I do not know the technical name of) are still "squished". COPIED FIREFOX BOOKMARKS FROM MY HP COMPUTER TO MY DELL LAPTOP BY COPING THE HTML FILE OF BOOKMARKS TO MY DELL LAPTOP DESKTOP SCREEN AND IMPORTED THEM FROM THE DELL LAPTOP DESKTOP AS ADVISED. STILL DID NOT GET ANYTHING COPIED TO THE NEW FIREFOX INSTALLATION EVEN THOUGH IT STATED IT HAD COPIED 827 BOOKMARKS. NOTICED THAT THE FIREFOX SOFTWARE INSTALLED ON MY HP COMPUTER STATED THAT IT WAS WINDOWS 10 INSTALLATION. ORIGINALLY THE HP WAS WINDOWS 10 BUT UPGRADED IT WITH FREE MICROSOFT WINDOWS 11 BUT DID NOT UNINSTALL FIREFOX FROM IT AND REINSTALL FIREFOX AFTER THAT. THEREFORE THE FIREFOX BOOKMARKS ARE FOR A WINDOWS 10 INSTALL ON THE HP COMPUTER AND TECHNICALLY NOT A WINDOWS 11 EVEN THOUGH THE WINDOWS OS HAD BEEN UPGRADED TO WINDOWS 11. SO, I GUESS TO PERFORM THE ACTION I STATED ABOVE TO UNINSTALL FIREFOX ON THE HP COMPUTER AND REINSTALL IT ON THE HP COMPUTER IT IN ORDER TO GET IT TO WINDOWS 11 FOR BOOKMARKS? HOPEFULLY I WON'T LOSE THOSE FIREFOX BOOKMARKS?

When I select text in firefox's built in pdf viewer, a menu with comment and highlight options automatically pops up. I haven't been able to figure out any way to turn this off. This is a problem because when I'm using the viewer at work firefox now puts this menu exactly over the next piece of information I need. (eg blocks the next row in a process log)

I am using Firefox 153.0.4 (64-bit). Windows 11.

and there is no "Legacy" option no options for accent color,rounding scale, etc.

i hate it please help me or help me with downgrade

1. I go to X.com and am presented with the logon screen and the option to logon using Email or Username, Phone, Google and Apple.

2. Try entering my email address in the logon screen and get a red ! error: "Please enter a username, email, or phone number."

3. Try entering my username in the logon screen and get a red ! error: "Please enter a username, email, or phone number."

4. Try using the Google option and it performs as if I was logged in but the system never leaves the logon screen.

5. Try using the Phone option and enter my phone number and get a red ! error: "Something went wrong. Please try again."

6. Delete all history, cookies, etc. Restart Firefox. Same issues as above.

7. I disable all Extensions and restart Firefox. Same issues as above.

8. I try a Private window and am able to log in just fine.

I am at a loss here on how to proceed. This is happening on two individual systems in my home both running the same version of Firefox.
