I submitted this as a bug report but I will also submit this here to see if anyone has any information or a solution.

After resetting my password, none of my sync data from before the install is there. Only the sync data from my laptop, but even on my laptop it no longer lists my old computer, it is as if my PC from before the new OS has simply been deleted from the sync logs. In fact, my sync logs only go back to the moment I changed my password. I am not sure how to proceed as it appears that there aren't even any traces of my sync from before this point.

It would be nice if I could get the old tabs I had open on my desktop before I changed my OS, but it's not exactly a "world ending" situation.

How do I change the google account that Firefox visits first? Context: I have my work email set up for sync, but whenever I go to any google specific site or tool (Calendar, gmail, docs, etc.) it defaults to my personal account instead of my work account.

I just swapped to a new PC and logged into my Firefox account but it keeps disconnecting me and says account is disconnected and I need to re login to connect. I re login and the issue continues again and again. Any ideas?

Firefox Sync code doesn't arrive; my email's support (Proton Mail) says you have «likely added you to their suppression (do-not-send) list automatically.».

So I request you remove the e-mail associated with my account, the one used in this post, from the do-not-send list.

I have been unable to sign in to google accounts on 3rd party websites for a while now. I'm using firefox develloper edition. i do not have this issue with normal firefox

every time i try to sign in i get redirected to https://support.google.com/accounts/a.../32050?hl=en

Heres some of the things i tried:

• Clear cache and cookies
• "repair" Firefox from the uninstaller
• Reinstall Firefox

To be honest it is quite a bit annoying and i cannot find a solution thanks in advance for any help

I did not violate any rules and I have access to this email address.

Hello, My name is Michael Provenzano My email is [edited] @yahoo.com.and is attached to this account. and I no longer have access to my account. Everytime I try it says the above statement. "Your account has been locked for security reasons" I use 2 computers on this account. My home office and a laptop I use on the go. There is nothing that says where I can verify my account. 1. I have not entry "DisableFirefoxAccounts" in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Mozilla\Firefox". 2. I have no policies.json file in firefox directory. 3. I have a message "Your browser is being managed by your organization." in "Settings" (about:preferences). 4. In "about:policies" I have DisableFirefoxAccounts=TRUE. 5. in "about:config" identity.fxaccounts.enabled=false and grayed out.

Please help me to turn on the sync of bookmarks. All these listed issues obviously have something to do with it.

Earlier I logged in to Firefox to pose a question. Checking email, I had a notice from Mozilla that my account was used to sign in: Firefox on Windows 10 / United States (estimated) / Thursday, Oct 23, 2025.

Does Firefox think I'm using Win 10??? I checked my computer and it verifies that I am running Win 11 with all updates.

Call me confused. Or is this a non-issue? I ask because I'm trying to get into a member website and after I login, it takes me to a page that is for new signers ... not an existing member. Has happened several times.

Is it possible to initiate the same process that discovers the server setting when you add an email account in an already existing email account to avoid making changes in the account manually??

on the list of current sign ins I am unable to click “sign out” of the oldest account on the list.

with a couple others it quickly signed me out, but this on is not.
