Hi!

I had two Firefox windows open at the same time, one with a lot of tabs open in it, and one with only a few open. I was going to close firefox in order to restart the computer, and closed the window with many tabs in it first, and then I closed the window with only a few tabs in it. The next time I started Firefox, only the window with a few tabs in it loaded, and not the other window in which I had the vast majority of all opened tabs. And I can't find any way to restore the tabs from the other window either. I have looked under the History menu, but I don't see any option to restore a previous session there, so I'm guessing that Firefox thinks that it already has restored the previous session when I opened it up again.

So, how can I restore the tabs I had in the other window, with a lot of tabs opened?

I am unable to remember my Firefox account password after re imaging my computer. Fortunately, I did create and save my recovery keys.

I've reviewed the following article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-your-firefox-account-password-recovery-keys

However, when I click the pass reset link in the email as dictated in step 2 under the 'Reset your password with your recovery keys' section, I do not see any fields to enter my recovery key as highlighted in step 3. I haven't taken this step yet because I do not want to lose my password and bookmark information associated to my account.

Can you please confirm how to utilize my recovery codes?

firefox does not send forgot password email links from website www.kijiji.ca I contacted Kijiji this morning & this I was told has been not working for months on their site. When will this be corrected? Thank you in advance

In the last few weeks I've encountered two sites from which I can't properly print documents because (1) the choice to print portrait or landscape is missing from the printing selections screen at the right and only landscape will print (both cases were documents that I definitely needed to print in portrait mode), and (2) text that prints is too small to read without difficulty (and increasing the scale on the printing selections screen caused some text on the right to vanish).

(Sorry, but I can't provide screen prints here because both contained personal information. However, one of the sites was a display of eBay purchases, so I suspect some other people might have encountered this same problem.)

Particularly, when I try the 'Clear all items for a single site' method, the URL I want to remove from the browser's history does not show up in the search box in the History Library. However, when I start typing the URL in the address bar, the browser still suggests that URL.

What should I do to remove this URL so that it does not show up suggestions on the address bar?

I can't find the menu that allows me to view my saved logins so I can retrieve a password I need to use on another device. I'm on a Mac, and directions I found say to tap "Menu," which I don't see. When I click on Preferences and go to Privacy and Security, I can see a lot of settings, but I see no option to view saved logins. How can I see my stored passwords?

Hello, I have a problem with importing passwords from file. I had to reinstal Windows10 but later I had exported passwords to file. Now I don't have an option to import them. Only to import from another Web browser, export or delete... Can anyone help? Greetings, Szymon.

In certain situations (my specific case a web application which uses css to size out elements on the page), print preview does not show the Portrait/ Landscape buttons. On loading of the print preview plane - for a very brief moment I see the buttons but as soon as the page is rendered, the buttons disappear and I am unable to print in landscape mode.

I am not sure which version of FF introduced this problem but version 92 and backwards are ok.

It would be incredibly helpful to have a solution as up to now the best print support was in Firefox (not Chrome ) and I have to downgrade FF to get proper print support

I really, really need something to increase the size of all the icons in the toolbar. The size of the text is fine, but surprisingly the size of the icons is ridiculously small.

I haven't deleted my browsing history since 2021 September, but I wish to restore browsing history from 2021Jan-2021Sep for some reasons.

I am using mac, latest version of macOS and latest version of firefox. I have read some similar articles (https://support.mozilla.org/fy-NL/questions/1290163) but it doesn't help. It says I need to go through "Start" > "Search" > "Tools" > "Folder Options." . I cannot find folder options, and I cannot find index.dat inside my mac. What can I do ? Any help is appreciated.

I have daily freezes on my ASUS TUF FA706IU.316 which can only be solved via forced rebooting.

In Event Viewer, it looks like Firefox is the app crashing just before the freeze.
