As part of my job I need to fill in long content into webpages. Many of the words can be long and not so common in everyday language - but are words that I use many times in the report writing I do. Like with MS Word's AutoCorrect... Could there not be an option for custom work shortcuts, such as:

cst automatically becomes: custom prg automatically becomes: Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Crazy or what

All of a sudden, a site I visited appeared at the top of my login pages. Just below the search bar. It contains “import bookmarks,” “getting started,” “and this site.” I don’t want any of that there. I thought I had all memory stuff shut off. Can’t figure out a way to delete it. Can you help.

this is more of a feature suggestion: can power saving mode for laptops be added to firefox where background usage will be decreased with more focus on less CPU and resource usage to give more battery life, even going to use only the iGPU of the CPU and not using the dGPU at all?

I want to use Firefox on my wife's Windows laptop, but with her own settings, bookmarks etc. Can I create a second profile, or do I need to create another account?

Is there a way to make firefox require a device sign in every time that you want to access a password. Otherwise it is only required after the app is quit, not if the screen turns off of the computer goes to sleep, at least that's how I understand it. I already have checked the require device sign in to manage or fill passwords box and the functionality still isn't as expected.

I am trying to use Firefox secure passwords. I can create a secure password, update it when asked, but it doesn't autofill the password when I try to log in. I have the "Autofill User Name and Passwords" box checked in Firefox Preferences. I am on a MacBook Air using Firefox.

I used to be able to dismiss unwanted Shortcuts on the New Tabs Page, but now the three dots that popped up the menu for that are gone. Is there still a way to get rid of them to make room for others? Also would like to have the option to choose shortcuts to place on the page.

The system continues to tell me that my original email address is the primary address. That address has been hacked and I need to remove it and replace it. I am then told I need to add a secondary address before I can change. I go into the area where this is done and when I press add it says that the new address is already there. How do I get rid of the hacked address and replace it with the new one (which Mozilla does actually recognize!)?

Since a few days now my URL bar is too small. I can see where it used to be in light gray, but the text box is just a small part of it. I searched everywhere but I can not find anything to fix it. I even tried to reset the settings to default but it is still the same. Any idea what I can do?

When scrolling a web site with an embedded video, as that video scrolls off screen, it automatically pops out to a picture-in-picture video on the lower right-hand part of the page. How can I disable this. I don't want this to ever happen.

I would like to "manage" the shortcuts as they appear on my opening page. I don't know if it's possible.

I find the current icons boring and not quickly informative. I'd like, for example, to Alphabetize them, and to not show some of them without actually removing them from my bookmarks list.

Can anyone assist?
