I haven't been able to find a keyboard shortcut for switching between FF windows. I'm using MacOS Tahoe. Is this in development, or is it there and I just haven't been able to find it.

I have 3 devices connected to Mozilla account, 2 smartphones and 1 PC and NONE of them are syncing properly, bookmarks sync perfectly and everything else fails miserably. Some part of history does sync but nowhere near the full history. Syncing of open tabs is *completely* broken.

I opened a profile that I had just used recently to a blank tab bar. I closed it and the sessionstore-backup folder did not have a recent backup, The most recent about a week old.

Just for testing, I tried to restore with one of the upgrade.jsonlz4 file, about 2 weeks old, but it also had no session. I then restored one that was 2 months old. That one had a session

Now, Firefox no longer generates the upgrade.jsonlz4 files

I have an old Laptop which works perfectly for what I need, and I use Firefox for my Browser.

I had to shutdown my Laptop and everything seemed Ok on reboot. However, I can no longer access my Gmail account as I apparently "need Chrome" to get access...?

Do I? If so - how do I get it installed on my system?

I have been using Firefox as my default browser for years on all my computers. I have a computer at work and one at home. My home laptop has for some time now been telling me that AI search results are "not available right now, try again later". Initially I thought this was transient, however it has not changed. I have tried to find a setting either in firefox or google that has changed but I cannot. My other laptop works just fine with AI searches on google. Please help my email is [edited email from community support forum] (I do not use my google email.)

Firefox version 145.0 in Linux Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS. When I open Firefox all tabs from previous session are gone. On "Startup" I have checked "Open previous windows and tabs". Which worked before but not now. It is very frustrating. How do I fix? The Profile Manager opens the settings and "Open previous windows and tabs" is checked. Checking "ask before closing multiple tabs" doesn't help.

I had so many instances of firefox and tabs that i decided i must organize them on tabgroups, i read they were secure enough and would be restored along with open tabs on new session. But after restarting all my "close and save" tab groups are missing! are they still saved? how can i recover them?

I have a Mac with Sequoia update but my Mac is not good with memory so when I have a new install version it will probably crash my Mac. How might I stop automatic installation by Firefox?

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 11 and installed Firefox onto drive C: of the 1 TB SSD. I then decided to partition the SSD into three drives and put Firefox on the E: drive. After I partitioned the SSD and uninstalled Firefox, I downloaded the Firefox installer from Mozilla, and ran it, but it somehow perceives that I had had Firefox previously installed and only gives me the option of re-installing Firefox at the original (C:) drive location. There is no longer an option in the installer to change the installation location. How can I get around this and re-install Firefox on my E: drive instead of my C: drive?

Each time I open the Firefox Icon on my desktop in AVD, it opens an older version and it prompts me to recreate a profile. I updated Firefox yesterday and brought over my passwords and bookmarks. This keeps reoccurring after we fix it each time. Can you help?

Evil Corp (aka Microsoft) updated my Windows 11 PC from 24H2 to 25H2 and now I cannot access quite a few websites (i.e. Amazon, Bank!, etc.) and some take a long time to load (surprisingly, my Firefox Home page...Google...also takes a while to load) . I searched the internet and found many so called fixes and most are very complicated and many contradict others. A lot of them say to disable DNS and reset network stack (using the command prompt) which I do not know how to do even though I worked in the tech business for 40 yrs (mainly data networking)...I retired 20 yrs ago...so I'm old...so I'm not as savvy with computers as I used to be. I tried changing a few Firefox settings, but nothing worked, so I changed them back to the original settings that worked before the update. If someone could give me detailed (and hopefully simple) instructions to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm am in a bind, so a timely response would be great. I cleared my history, and lost my autofill for my yahoo email account. I can't get it back from them. Is there a way for me to find it in my firefox history? Thanks

How do I rid myself of Searchpulse.net?

I'm thinking I need to delete Firefox and start over. Will that work?

I'm resetting my default browser until I've resolved this issue.

When I try to embed an image in an email as soon as I click on "insert" and "image" the message freezes. All I can do is to access the task manager to close Thunderbird altogether and then start again - but the same problem occurs when I try again.

I had to fall back on sending the image as an attachment. Now that I come to think of it this has been a problem for some considerable time.

NB as you can see from the sequence this crash occurs before I have been able to select the image - so it has nothing to do with the size or format of the image.
