I have the latest version of Firefox on my Mac with macOS Tahoe latest version.

I open a new Firefox web page, all is OK BUT suddenly without my interaction it “zooms” to an unusable size.

I tried to reload but, this makes no difference. The only solution is to open a new Firefox web page.

I went to the community support page and typed in the problem.

I then tried “Share Data” > this opened a new page.

I then discovered that my input on… https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox/form ...had been erased. I had to start again.

Firefox is generally my favourite secure browser, but this issue needs to be fixed.

I don't want websites to store my credit card information. I always say don't save but even websites i have never used have my information. How an I prevent this from being done?

I accidentally clicked remember on my credit card when checking out from a cite. I do not understand how to delete it. Every guide online says there is a tab under "Privacy & Security", but when I look for it it does not exist. I have tried searching, cross-referencing its placement in the menu from the videos, but I cant find it. I've cleared my data from the last 2 hours, but still no difference. From the videos it should be between Password and History, but the setting is not there.

After the last Firefox update (146.0), my bookmarks bar only shows thumbnail images. The descriptive text which was previously black text on white back ground now appears to be white text on white background. (Whether my system is set to light theme or dark theme.) This happens on all of my Windows computers (both 10 and 11). How do I resolve this problem?

Firefox for Windows just updated to v146.0. Now I seem to have an extra bar under my toolbar and address panel. How do I remove it? I can't seem to drag it in the menu customiser.

Since I updated my computer to windows 11, I cannot load my amazon page. I've tried to load directly from menu bar, still NG. There must be a setting I'm not understanding

I usually have multiple tabs open and my MacBook slows down and gets hot. Firefox is using A LOT of memory. Is there a way to have inactive tabs go dormant, helping reduce overall memory usage and improve browser performance? An advisor mentioned this is an option in Chrome. Is there a fix?

I would like to convert to Thunderbird. I have a very extensive list of Tasks and ToDo items including many repeating tasks for clients. I would like to avoid reentering these in Thunderbird. I can get these into a spreadsheet from their current application.

Will Thunderbird allow me to import or upload tasks?

Is there a format or template available to assure I have complete data?

I think my account had been hacked,,, I icon have been faded out on my mack, and it says: You can't open this application FireFox, because it may be damaged or incomplete

I have created a website related to food, restaurant menus, and nutrition tools: https://nutritioncalculators.net/ https://nutritioncalculators.net/ . Everything works fine on most browsers, but I’m facing some issues on Firefox. Specifically, some features, forms, and interactive tools don’t always load correctly or behave as expected.

For example, the nutrition calculator tools sometimes freeze or do not respond when I try to use them in Firefox. I want to make sure my website works smoothly for all users, including those using Firefox.

Can someone please guide me on what might be causing these issues and how to fix them so Firefox displays all features properly?

Certain PDFs only allow page view when opened in Firefox. When opened with other PDF viewing software or browsers (Microsoft Edge, Adobe Acrobat, Google Chrome), these PDFs allow continuous scrolling. I don't have this issue for most PDFs.

I've tried fixing the problem by editing the PDF settings in Adobe Acrobat but to no avail. When combining a PDF that works fine with a PDF that doesn't allow continuous scrolling in Firefox, it seems to take on the settings of not allowing continuous scrolling.
