Hello. I have a problem with the chat.deepseek.com website - every time I launch the browser, the language settings are reset from the system (or Russian) language set manually to English. Interestingly, this problem only occurs in Firefox, while other browsers work as expected. Additionally, the test profile created again also works properly. What I have done: 1. Reinstalled the browser, but it did not help 2. Deleted the folders responsible for Local Storage in the profile folder - didn't help 3. Cleared the cookies - helped until the first restart, then it was the same. History is enabled, and cookies are not cleared when the browser is closed. How can I solve this issue without deleting my profile? I don't want to lose my bookmarks, passwords, and website settings. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I keep getting this message at the top of each site I go to: "You must log in to this network before you can access the Internet" It thinks I'm on a captive portal?? I'm at home on my own internet network. Why am I getting this message?

I was getting popping in audio both in Smplayer & videos on other sites. I discovered the problem went away completely when I closed the X tab. When it was open, I noticed another glitch. I keep a small video windows to keep track of my sleep time. The elapsed time is displayed on them. Only when X was open it was throwing it off by about 3 seconds a minute. I closed it in Firefox & signed onto X on Chrome & all these problems went away. This is the only web site that has ever done anything like this. What is Firefox's problem with X?

How do I update Firefox on my rand McNally tablet When I factory reset it ,it went back to the original version and I can't get it to update to the version I had beforehand

I currently have Firefox 149.0.2 rapid release channel on Win10 Pro ESU.

I want to switch to the ESR channel.

How do I do that?

Is there anything I should be aware of to avoid problems?

Firefox for iOS. After most recent update, when I open new tabs I get

"Oops, something went wrong loading this content. Refresh and try again"

I went to settings to make sure Firefox Home was the default loaded on New Tabs, which it is. How do I fix this?

I can't log into chase.com from Firefox, which I've been doing for years. I get an outage message. But down detector shows nothing. It went on for days so I tried Microsoft Edge with Bing and it works. Is there some Firefox setting I need to change?

Dear Firefox friends, I am rather computer illiterate and use the internet only for emails and purchasing from Amazon. I have avoided installing Firefox updates, as they disable my sound and change language to Albanian, where I live, but don’t speak Albanian. Can you solve this, or will I have to just avoid installing updates? I have no concern for security; anyone can hack into anything they want, but it will do them no good; I don’t have anything that is sensitive, and my bank has everything well secured (and minimal funds anyway). Do you have a permanent solution – I don’t want to fix every update? I know you hate non-nerds like me, but I'm 80, and have neither the time nor inclination to be one!!!! Searches using the provided Amazon search feature found in settings will always have "tag=admarketus-20" in the url. Example: https://www.amazon.com/s?tag=admarketus-20&ref=pd_sl_ [bunch of letters and numbers] &mfadid=adm&k= [search query] Now, if this were an affiliate tag for Mozilla specifically, I would understand, but googling the "admarketus-20" tag turns up posts showing that users on various other browsers (Vivaldi, Opera, Chrome) also reporting seeing this tag popping up in their searches too. I wondered if this was due to malware, but I did a fresh Firefox installation on a newly installed Win10 machine and it happens there too. Who/what is this tag for?

Just found Firefox's (v149.0) VPN button in my toolbar. I turned it on and entered whatismyipaddress.com. I got the message

"Unable to find the proxy server. Firefox can’t connect to the server at whatismyipaddress.com"

If I turn it off FF brings up the page correctly. I get this error msg for any other urls I try to bring up. Ideas?

My browser was recently updated to 150.0.2, and on the new launch page after update describing new features, it prompted me that the new free mozilla vpn was available to try. When I clicked on the link to follow the steps to set it up, it said to click the vpn icon in the toolbar, but I don't see that icon there. When I go to more tools -> customize toolbar to try to find that icon to add it back, it doesn't appear among the toolbar options. Is this something I still don't have access to because it's in a limited beta, or is there some other way I should be accessing this?

I just installed the new built-in VPN - and it appears to show as running in my Mozilla Accounts page (???).

HOWEVER, that is the only place I see it!!

No icon/display panel anywhere (not showing in Customization of toolbar option either) to see usage, turn on/off, etc.??

i have tried to login via your mizilla browser, but not logged in. also when i am trying to browse linkedin and other websites, the web page not opening at first time, i am suffering in problem, but in my laptop i have other 3 browser, chrome, edge, brave, they work correctly and smoothly in the websites and all sites. only problem .

I just got a samsung galaxy s26 (old phone is not available); when i accessed my Firefox, my Collections were missing. From other research, it seems that Collections are not available anymore. However, there must be some way to recover the websites that were stored within them, so i can at least rebuild them.
