One specific cache entry always contains a trojan virus everytime I run an anti virus check. I can't say where this cache comes from as it appears even if I don't open a single new website. I delete it but it appears everytime I use the Browser again, even multiple times during one session. It is always the same entry code. Is there a way to block a specific cache entry or at least to discern where it originates?

Currently, I can enter the IP and port address in the network settings, but I am unsure how to include authentication details, such as a username and password, for proxies that require them. On approximately Jan 15th 2025, I was blocked from accessing my internet provider's website/my account.
I have worked with their techs on two occasions to resolve any possible issues on their end. We have determined that the problem is with Firefox/Mozilla's security, as they show no blocks on their end.
We tried with a new account, new passwords, but are still blocked. Please advise. I have enclosed a screen shot of what happens when logging in.
I need to get rid of scam virus popups. Thank you for any help.

In the "General" section of my Firefox Settings, it states that "Your browser is being managed by your organization."
When I click on that, it shows the word "Certificates" under Policy Name, and "ImportEnterpriseRoots" under Policy Value.
Is this something that Firefox installed, or is it something a third-party (like my former company) installed on my computer.
Also, would this possibly slow down my computer?
