Sharepoint offers links of the form ms-word:ofe|u|https://somebusinessname.sharepoint.com/sites/somesitename/somefilename.docx and firefox responds with the subject error message and cannot open the file in MS Word. IE, Edge and Chrome all behave correctly for this same sharepoint link on the same machine.

I can call up the web page but when i try to log on it asks for my log in details but then goes round in a circle, from a redirection page back to the log in page. Have logged in successfully when using Chrome. This started around 22 October 19

I visited my brother during the last week. His iMac was infected with some malware, and, because I have my own account in his computer with the same Apple-ID, also my computer got infected. I spoke with 6 senior technicians from the Europe Apple HQ in Cork / Ireland, but they have never seen such a resistant malware. In a word, I want to re-install the operating system and all applications in my computer. How can I save all my Bookmarks, History and all open Tabs+Windows of the last session, so that I can reload them in the Firefox I will install from scratch in the future? When Firefox Sync is turned on, Firefox auto-fills "newsweek.com" in the URL bar when I type the word "news". There seems to be no way to disable this annoying feature other than setting browser.urlbar.autoFill to false in about:config.
