"Pocket List" has disappeared in the drop down menu under the "library" icon where it used to be not more than a few days ago. It's not under the Bookmarks icon, either. the "Pocket" icon is in the menu bar, and I can save items to Pocket, but can no longer locate the page with the articles. "View List" does appear when you click the Pocket icon, but it also saves whatever page you're on whether or not you want to save it.

Is there a way to set a web site as my home page and not have to reset it every week or so? Also, when will we be able to choose what web site is loaded when we open a new tab?

Friends, I use FF extensively and prefer not to change but it's been very annoying as of late.

Running v83. Even downgraded to v82 and it worked for some minutes but now it's back to same behavior. [struggle to download to 82 is here: https://rezamusic.yolasite.com/technical-tips.php]

If you google "squeeze lemon" for example -- on my Chrome it shows images and a list of drop down subjects "people also ask".

On Firefox, the pictures don't show -- and drop downs are frozen (don't work). Also on other sites that have a Captcha, Firefox just doesn't work. Seems same problem with 82. Help!

When I select the bookmark, Firefox does nothing, apparently.

iPhone works just fine on sites that Firefox won't access, so it's not the modem or the ISP.

For a number of days now I can not log into Scotia Bank online but I can with Safari so I know the site is not down. Once I try to enter I get this msg Sorry, we couldn't complete your request Sign in to online banking or our mobile banking app to continue. With an under construction icon. I have tried deleting recent history and have restarted Firefox but no change I love Firefox and it is my goto browser but something is wrong here. I have also tried to enter using firefoc from a different computer....same issue.

Hi there,

We use GMail/ Calendar/ Drive for our business. On the official account, I am seeing a continuous - multi-day - situation where my Google Drive won't load when I point my browser to it unless I do at least one refresh after getting to Drive and waiting for my list of folders and documents to show up.

In the mean time, the following error shows upon on the bottom left of my screen - "The server encountered an error. Please try again later." - this has persisted for over 2 weeks when I restarted using Fiefox earlier this month. I do not get this error when using Chrome or Safari.

Today, I am also not able to see the user who last modified a document or a folder last, as you can see in the image below.

Please tell me what I can do to fix this issue.

Continue to Payment on United Airlines website fails.

Making a payment for a flight on United Airlines website while using Firefox returns an error message. I am running Firefox 87.0 on a MacBook Pro that is running Mac OS Big Sur 11.2.3. The problem started approximately one week ago. If this is not resolved I will have to discontinue use of Firefox after many years. Thank you, Andy

Hi! I've been using Firefox the last 8 years, and so far I have not had any problems. I have latest version of Mac OS. I used to play Friv flash games at https://www.friv.com/, but it has not been updated for a long time, so I started playing at https://www.friv5online.com/, https://www.desura.com/ and https://www.y8games.center/. I don't remember exactly when it started, but definitely after the next update Mozilla and now I can not to play any game! When I go to the page with the game, there is a black background... Attached is a sample of how web pages display. These can either initially display this way or, as in this example, the page opened correctly, I stepped away for a few minutes and when I viewed the page again it looked like the example. I can have a page open and it is displaying correctly, then open a new tab and go to a different site and the text will look like the example.

I have cleared the cache, dumped all the cookies. Restarting the browser (I do this many times a day) will fix the current page but eventually another page will display like this.

I running version 84.0.2 64bit on a Mac Pro Mojave. I don't have this problem with other browsers like Chrome or Safari. I never see it on my Windows 10 system.

I have persistent spam-ware type download that wont go away. I have deleted it but every time I restart Firefox it comes back and pops up saying "This File may harm your Computer" but i can't complete the download or remove it permanently. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox several times and it has not worked how can i get rid of this? Turned on my imac this morning and the Firefox browser gave a "Error code: SEC_ERROR_BAD_SIGNATURE" for every page I tried to open. I have reinstalled the browser and that one is working properly. However, when I try to add Dashlane to it, the old browser opens and the same error message is displayed making it impossible to use Dashlane on the newer version of the browser. How can I get rid of the version that opens up when I try to install Dashlane on the working browser?

I think I broke the ALT keyup events in some way, probably with my configuration but not sure how.

If I put this code in the console : `document.addEventListener("keyup", e=>console.log('alt: '+e.altKey+' | '+String.fromCharCode(e.which).toLowerCase()));` and the press the keys, I have the following results:

- pressing "I", I get the expected "alt: false | i" - pressing "ALT+I", I get "alt: true | �"

I do not have the problem with other modifier keys like CTRL

Good Morning Do not know where to start, I am 83 a rookie to this. When i tried to use firefox it kept telling me i already have firefox open to shut down one. So i tried to do it, now i have a mess. I lost all my bookmarks, I think i still have a account? Just do not know what to do. Please help, hope i am not beyond repair. Thank You

Hey there! I was just reading an article that said you should only download Firefox from the official website. I downloaded Firefox a few months ago, so I'm honestly not sure where I downloaded it from. Is there any way for me to tell if I am using a "real" Firefox?

When I click to add a bookmark, I'm not given a choice as to where it should go, and all go to one of many bookmarks. I uninstalled my virus scan program, but that didn't help. Any answers?
