Hi,

I'm not sure what has happened but my Firefox browser no longer plays Amazon Prime Videos; quite simply the "play video" links don't work. I've played with the DRM settings, refreshed Firefox via the support options, and have installed the latest version of the browser. I'm running a Win10 desktop. Netflix works fine and Amazon Prime Video works fine through MS Edge, but I can't figure this one out. Does anyone have any suggestions that I could try?

I have found that after a short time Firefox stops displaying images in Facebook and only shows a description of what it thinks the image is. I have Firefox version 95.0.2 (64-bit) with Windows 10 with the latest updates installed. I have a Dell laptop with an i7 cpu and 63 GB of RAM. This does not occur with other browsers. Reloading the page does not fix it, only a complete shutdown and startup of Firefox.

Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to www.youtube.com because this website requires a secure connection.

What can you do about it?

www.youtube.com has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it.

If you are on a corporate network or using anti-virus software, you can reach out to the support teams for assistance. You can also notify the website’s administrator about the problem.

Firefox recently changed my primary language on ALL WEBSITES from English to French. I've tried to reset default language to English using Options>Language but it doesn't make the change. I've refreshed Firefox. I've removed both French and English as primary language and then chosen English again. Nothing works. Thanks for assistance.

When trying to login in to Youtube this is the message I get

405. That’s an error.

The request method GET is inappropriate for the URL /youtubei/v1/browse. That’s all we know.

I accidentally deleted all of my youtube browsing history, and can't find a single way to restore it. I am on Firefox version 90.0.2 (20210721174149), and if anyone could help me that would be great! (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1290163 isn't of any help)

When I am on a google play store app page, the green download button doesn't work.

What happens: 1. Click the green button 2. The round google processing-icon appears on the page briefly 3. Nothing happens, page does not render a pop-up stating the app will be installed on my device

What I tried:

• Turn off ublock: problem persits
• Disable all add-ons: problem persits
• A clean portable version: problem persits
• Tried on a clean portable google chrome install: everything works (app get's installed)

Problem started 4 or 5 days ago...

I am running Firefox portable 64bit on windows 10. I can just install from the android playstore app, but I need it to work on my desktop like it has always worked.

I someone could help, I'd really appreciate this.

When I right click in a page and choose "translate this page(auto/nl)" after a few pages I get the message below. I do not use scripts to translate a page. Is this a FF problem or a Google Translate problem? How to solve it?

Hey everybody. A few weeks ago, my audio stopped working on Google Meet out of the blue. I can still hear everyone, but they can't hear me. Meet works fine in a different browser so it's not my computer/mic. I've cleared my cookies/cache and disabled adblock, which is about where my know how ends. Any help would be much appreciated; I use Meet a lot for a side job and I haven't been able to search my way into a solution. I'm on Mac Catalina with FF 71.

Hi, I am still trying to get my mother the covid vaccine. Now the problem is that reCAPTCHA does't work in firefox, internet explorer 11, or aol shield. In firefox it is not displaying correctly to even use, aol shield uses the firefox browser so it displayed the same I believe, can't remember now that I am typing, In Internet Explorer it showed the Box with the checkbox and the string "I am not a robot" but when checked the graphic load circle ran and it came back with the reCAPTCHA didn't make a connection and to check my connection, any idea on how to get this working. Can't use Firefox on certain websites that have reCAPTCHA. I click the box "I'm not a robot" and the window doesn't pop up for me to select the pictures of the bridges or crosswalks or whatever. I have to go Microsoft Edge for these types of websites. This is one of them. https://www.relaxdds.com/contact-dentist I filled out the online form, clicked the box for "I'm not a robot" and it gave me an error "The reCAPTCHA was invalid. Go back and try it again." So I used Microsoft Edge and it worked. The pop up window appeared and i was able to continue on. How do I fix this in Firefox?

For the past week I have been getting the follow error message when ever I try to access www.kobo.com or www.kobo.ca (I have accessed these websites from this laptop for several years, but all of a sudden I am having this problem):

"Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.kobo.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

I CANNOT contact the website owners as I cannot access their websites at ALL. What to do?????????

When I try to open some websites for eg:offensive-security it is showing pr_end_of_file_error message . And when I ping it I got Network not reachable. I did all things from flushing caches to reconfiguring network but the problem still persists. Please help ?

I am on a Raspberry Pi 4 (4GB) running Ubuntu MATE. I am trying to play Spotify via the web player, but I don't have Widevine installed. However, I can't find a setting anywhere to enable it or download it. Could someone point me in the right direction as to where I can install it properly and get it up and running? Thanks!
