At the top of my settings it says: Information: Your browser is being managed by your organization.

What does this mean? It's my personal laptop, I bought it myself and I don't work for any organization.

I am facing a strange issue with web browsers on my HP system after a recent Windows update. No matter which browser I use Chrome, Firefox, or even Edge webpages take much longer to load than usual. The connection itself is stable because downloads and streaming work without any problem, but normal browsing feels unusually slow.

I have already cleared the cache, disabled extensions, reset the DNS settings, and restarted the router. The issue still appears across all browsers. This started immediately after the last Windows update, so I am unsure whether this is a compatibility issue, a driver problem, or something in the network configuration.

If anyone has seen this behavior before or knows what additional steps I should check, I would really appreciate your guidance.

While taking screenshot of entire page or section within the page, taken screenshot resolution is of very low quality. As a result when shared the screenshot with someone using copy paste function or download and share option, in both methods screenshot image quality is very low making it very difficult to read data/text from the same. Text from the screenshot is barely in readable format. Even zooming the image distorts image totally. I want a way to increase screenshot resolution or improve its image quality so we can read easily without zoom or zooming the image file.

I'm no longer able to access my old computer, but I do have access to the hard drive. Is there a file that I can transfer to the new computer to sync all my previously saved passwords? I did not have a Mozilla account back then.

Hello, I have just installed Firefox version 144.0.2 on a new computer. I have access to all of the Firefox files and data on the original computer, but I am not able to run Firefox on that computer. Therefore, I am not able to create an export file from the original installation. Is it possible for me to import all of the original Firefox data into the new installation? The Bookmark Toolbar is blank. I have the setting to add the toolbar to all windows ("Always Show") and the toolbar is populated with entries. There is space below the URL where is toolbar would normally be displayed but it's blank.

Hello, I reset my PC yesterday.

I didn't know my Firefox password anymore and clicked "Forgot password."

Then I created a new one.

Now my saved online pages and everything else are gone. So synchronization isn't working.

I have an account recovery key.

Will that work? And how?

Please help me.

Everytime i search something online (e.g. in reddit) firefox translates the post in german. Even though i have translate english cleary turned off.

Do i need to change my browser or am i missing something?

I see Firefox has updated the browser again. How can I go back to one we always had??? This is not good! My pages turned all black from white. I had to go in and search how to get the background back to white. And to make the text black. Everything is way harder to see and to post it doesn't make sense to change all this when it was all fine before. I need the old version back so all my other groups will be back like they were also.

The pictures have rounded corners or cut off on the top. Since I switched to light mode everything does not look the same. I just want the old page back like before and how I can get it. I need to dump this upgrade!

i previously set up profiles using about:profiles, but with the new profiles feature i don't see any of them showing up. i haven't found any articles that allow me to convert the files from about:profiles to use the new one.

i am not logged in to firefox on the others either.

is there a way to link the profile files on my computer to save my bookmarks and history? i don't know if there will be continued support for these files and want to make sure my bookmarks are saved for all of them. i would prefer to stay logged out of the other profiles.

Attached images include screenshots of the empty profiles (one from clicking the profiles from dropdown, one from clicking "manage profiles", and one with blacked out personal data from going to about:profiles).

I have purchased a new computer and I want ot transfer al my bookmarks, login details etc onto the new one. I have followed the instructions given on your help pages, to no effect. My old computer ruins Firefox under Win 10. The new computer runs the same version under Win 11. I have copied the contents of Profiles from the old to the new, but Firefox says the profile is missing. When I copy and add the folders in Profiles to the Win 11 computer, there is no difference. The names of the folders in Profiles are different on each computer, so I think that it is looking for a particular file/folder name, but I don't know which one. Can anyone help me?
