Hello,

This started happening recently, in the last 30 days. Gray screen is shown when I clink on any photo in "Your memories from this day" email from photos@onedrive.com. If I go to OneDrive, then select today's date the issue is the same.

I've tried the same actions in Chrome and the photos are shown without issues.

Can someone help with this?

I have contacted Microsoft. After testing the link/page loads in Edge, Chome (with and without addins same in ff) and Brave. But does not load in FF (with addon's disabled) nor in Private browsing FF (no addins obviously) they said to reach out to FireFox for support. I tried in edge (regular, not private) and it plays the stupid slideshow with music just fine, and I can get out of it and view the regular memory page that I want (Music really!? What if you’re viewing while someone around you is asleep? Or otp in public??? when I go to icloud.com to view and download photos and all my icloud stuff on my phone, I can no longer sign in using firefox. I turned off the shield security but no help. There used to be a pop-up that let you enter the code apple emailed you so you could access your icloud stuff on the web. Now there is no place to enter the code they send you. I enabled pop-ups too, but that didn't work. Help! I need my photos! And I use that site pretty much constantly-

I am unable to sign into the iCloud web page on Firefox. I can sign in on Microsoft Edge, or on the Safari browser on my phone, so this is clearly a Firefox specific problem. When I try to sign in, the page skips the option that verifies my identity and goes straight to a message saying "Failed to verify your identity, Try again" without allowing the verification to occur. The verification would occur if the page would allow it to, as it does in the other browsers I mentioned. This was working fine last time I logged in a few days ago, so this is a new problem. I could switch over to Edge, but would prefer to use Firefox, if I can. Please help me. Thank you.

Using Firefox--When I try to access the daily set of images that comes in an email representing memories for this day which is pulled from my Onedrive Photos, all I get is a dark blank screen with a subtle pulsing wave as if it is searching.

I get the same thing when I go directly to my OneDrive Photos and try to pull up the daily photos there.

However, changing browsers and using Google Chrome--I can view the images in the memory email as well as those on my OneDrive directly

What does Chrome do that Firefox is not?

I recently had another browser related issue on a different problem trying to register online with Directv which would not complete with Firefox but when I used Google Chrome instead of Firefox, it worked.

This made me wonder if the above OneDrive image problem might be browser issue. Sure enough, it was.

I really prefer Firefox and I do not want to have to go to Chrome.

Facebook simply isn't loading in Firefox anymore - it loads in Edge on my PC just fine and on my Mobile Android Browser .

I've tried disabling all extensions, and clearing cache and cookies, but Facebook still refuses to load and returns the message, attached.

A repeat of a problem I was having a couple of months ago. I go to the reddit website and login with no problems but when I try to comment or load specific threads I get the attached warning come up:

"! Your request has been blocked by network security. Please try to login with your Redit account."

Which doesn't make sense as I'm already logged in. Last time it seemed to clear after 24 hours or so although not because of anything I did as far as I'm aware.

1. Started Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode - problem remains … 2. Cleared Firefox Cache/Cookies and restarted Firefox - problem remains … 3. Shutdown and restarted iMac - problem remains … 4. Problem not happening with Safari or DuckDuckGo browsers … 5. Checked macOS Local Network security. Firefox has access but turned off access and turned back on, restarted iMac - problem remains …

Y want to be able to chat with my friends in Facebook and at times it takes my 20 minutes of waiting to get connected!!! And now all of the blue I get a bunch of widgets instead and also A sign that says that there is a problem with my browser!!! Please help me out!!! Facebook is my only source of connecting with my friends!!!I T Neomahank you in advance for any assistance that you can provide me with!!!!

When I try to login to Facebook I can't and a screen appears with

"Sorry! Something went wrong :(

This happens even in Troubleshooting Mode …

Exactly the same issue with DuckDuckGo browser but no difficulties with Safari where I can login to Facebook as usual …

For my Canvas courses, where there should be embedded videos, nothing shows up. However, the videos do appear on both chrome and microsoft edge. I have tried disabling UBlock origin on Canvas and it makes no difference. Attached are screenshots of what I see in Firefox (no video) vs Edge (video).

Hello, I am no longer able to sign into my Apple iCloud account and tools (Mail, Calendar, Notes, etc) through my Firefox browser. The problem started this past Friday, and it happening on both my home office and work laptops. When I switch to my Microsoft Edge browser on the same 2 laptops, I am able to sign-in to my iCloud account and tools without any difficulty. So it is not a problem on the Apple iCloud side. I am able to access my iCloud account and tools/apps from my iPhone and my iPad as always. It is only when I try to login from a Firefox browser window that I get a "Failed to Verify Your Identity" error message.

If you go to americangreetings.com, then click on the latest greeting card with ROB LOWE, enter info and then check if everything is OK. When you try to play it, it only plays his voice and there is NO PICTURE AT ALL. Other card will work, but not this one. WHY? It works fine on other browsers I have, but not on FIREFOX! Hi Moneysavingexpert is a website that sends out emails with links for different sections of its website. I can only go to the main page, when I click other links in the email, or on the website main page, it just returns me to the main web page. I am not having issues with any other websites and I have turned some ad blockers in case it was them but I still have the problem. No one else has reported this problem on the website so I am guessing it must be something to do with my settings....

Windows 11 Firefox 142.0.1

Last week we lost the progress bar at the bottom of videos on Prime Video. When I cursor over the bar it returns Infinity:NaN:NaN. Switching to MS Edge and the progress bar appears as normal. I get the same results in Firefox on both my PC and Laptop. I have updated and reinstalled Firefox to the lastest version. I have NOT added any new extensions in the last year.

When I try to open my mail in Yahoo I'm getting the following message" We couldn't load this message. There are no contacts on my list as well. I tried to read my mail on Google and it worked.

saw a post that recommenced to installing K-Lite Codec Pack would help so that i could set 1440p on Twitch because the option is greyed out for me. after installing it, twitch gets hung up and never finishes loading. it loads in a private window, and on edge too. i turned off the few extensions i have but that didnt help either.

i uninstalled the codec pack but im still getting the issue.

if i hit F12 i see theres an error Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://assets.twitch.tv/assets/6411-9f5e77558af00b1acec0.js”.
