remove ad blockers even though I already have removed them.

printer is not recognized as being online although my other devices don't have the problem. i use Firefox on all devices

been getting a printing error the last couple days this message "error occurred while printing". Printer then puts out partial page(s) then stops printing. been trying to print copies of tax forms ( 11 pages)?? page that print shows Firefox in top left corner of page. Today same problem with a four page email print job.

Whenever I'm on NPR's website listening to a radio program, I can't access any other websites on separate tabs or windows. (they simply won't 'load' or even acknowledge any commands)

I find this to be very strange.

If anyone can help with this minor quandary I would be grateful.

This morning, I was unable to log into Discord to watch a livestream because my hard drive was overfull and it was unable to install a mandatory update. Because this was a time sensitive issue, I wiped a bunch of crap off my drive as fast as I could, and I guess somehow I deleted my browser bookmarks because the field now shows as empty when I open Firefox. I was able to track down the backup file, but it throws an error when I tell it to restore. Is there anything I can do about this?

I accepted this the other day but now don't want it. It is a Print popup & at bottom says Grow I can not find how to remove this. Popup shows this: Unlock the Print Button!

My Laptop OS was dead, I unable to syncing my bookmark on new windows-10 OS and logging with gmail account.

how can i get the syncing bookmark on my laptop.

can anyone help me. my bookmark is very important and up to date till last week.

The full website link has /users/login, but when I checked the saved passwords, the link stops before the first /, its just websitename.com, instead of wesbsitename.com/users/login, and I suspect the full link not being save is whats causing it not to show up. Is there any way to brute force it to show up?

The pinned shortcuts on my newtab page have all disappeared once again. I've gone to about:config > browser.newtabpage.pinned and my shortcuts are all listed. But only blank boxes show up on the page. It will not accept a new entry when I try to enter one. It goes back to the blank white box. Why does this keep happening? Can anyone give me a Firefox for Dummies way to fix this?? Thanks!

I've been using Firefox home content shortcuts usefully on my Windows system. I installed Ubuntu on Vmware last night and synced Firefox account in it. After that, the home content shortcuts are all changed to the default status. I think it's because that I clicked the sync now button on Ubuntu. Is there a way to roll it back? Thanks.

Hello! I synced my browsing data yesterday by signing in to firefox account and reset my OS(window 10) to improve my laptop's speed. When I am trying to get back my browsing data back after resetting and installing firefox by signing in to my firefox account and pressing the Sync Now button then its not giving me my browsing data back. Why is it so? Need Help. Thank You!!

The page https://www.stardock.com/products/groupy/update opens during the loading of the OS background processes. I have looked up on the windows task manager, the about:config and haven't found anything related to this process.

For one site I go to there is an internal menu where I should be able to scroll down. In Firefox, there is no option on the right side for me to scroll down...but in Chrome I have no problem. The owner of the website said it should work in Firefox but it's not. I have attached images from the 2 browsers. I have attached 2 screenshots. For Chrome you can see to the right of the numbers under the Acct # column that I can scroll down. But in Firefox I don't have that option to scroll down to see entries at the bottom of the list.

Help! How can I fix this so I can scroll down in Firefox for this sub-menu item?

I have many tabs open at the same time and I'm noticing tabs from Urban Dictionary in particular are automatically changing to suspicious sites, quite a few porn sites in fact.

Is this something Urban Dictionary is doing to direct viewers to sponsors or is there a bug in my FF browser?

Accidentally closed browser with many multiple tabs open. Tried to restore history but option was grayed out. Tried several times but was not able to get back to the original browsing window with the multiple open tabs.

Would really appreciate help on this, if possible, as the many multiple tabs contained family history research that will be difficult to impossible to duplicate.

Hi there, my name is Alvimutmex. Every time a webpage loads with the Mozilla browser, a "not supported" message appears. Upon examining the settings, I found that Mozilla has to be updated. Would you kindly assist me with updating Mozilla? For example, I receive an error notification when I try to open (https://pdfmedicalbooks.com/).

I use Firefox as my browser but since yesterday I am unable to use it. Each time I click on the firefox icon I am directed to a French Microsoft browser - are you able to help?

I have windows 11 and the firefox 124.0.2 browser. I cannot update to the latest version of Firefox. I receive an error message "failed to update". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the browser, ran the install utility selecting update, nothing seems to work. Please help

I did an Upgrade to a version of Firefox that would bypass those "Your Browser Is Not Supported" messages that apparently come from "Cloud-flare." I figured [naievely!] that my addons would "port" to the upgrade. They didn't. Is there any way [e.g., a putative backup file, perhaps] that would allow this?
