I need detail instructions please on how to recover my deleted passwords with the loginsbackupsjson the key4 and loginsjson

why are some of my YouTube videos not showing up at all in FIREFOX? also says I don't have access to "community tab" on Youtube which I do. None of these problems with GOOGLE CHROME - why is Firefox being so glitchy? its become a terrible browser.

It turns out the copied logins-backupjson file i had pasted on my desktop screen was already overwritten by an added or removed login, thus writing over when it did have the saved login removed that i was trying to recover

is there any other way to recover the removed login?

If you still have the signons.sqlite that was used in a previous Firefox version then you can try to restore passwords saved in that file.

Firefox 32 and later builds store the passwords in the logins.json file in the profile folder and no longer use the signons.sqlite file that has been used before (the matching key3.db file is still needed). If you still have the signons.sqlite file used in previous Firefox versions then you can try to force Firefox to migrate the passwords saved in that file (you will lose passwords saved in Firefox 32+ versions). You can force Firefox to reimport the passwords from the signons.sqlite file and rebuild the logins.json file with these steps:

   reset the signon.importedFromSqlite pref on the about:config page to the default value via the right-click context menu
   delete the logins.json file in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed 

When you restart Firefox then you should have the signon.importedFromSqlite pref with the value set to true and you should have the passwords imported in the Password Manager unless there may have been errors.

My Firefox crashes almost constantly, up to several times every couple minutes. I recently wiped my entire computer and reinstalled Windows (to fix other problems, among this one) but the issue is still happening. I have a list of a couple dozen crash logs that I can show, and I have tried reading through them and debugging to no avail. The crashes also still persist in Troubleshoot mode. I have included the most recent crash reports with my freshPlease help.

My "PRIMARY" email address is WRONG -- cannot log in, cannot access Firefox Account, cannot do all the things offered by Mozilla. HOW DOES A LONG TIME CUSTOMER -- any customer -- GET HELP TO FIX THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT???????

Your new update, like your last several suck. It is sssllllooowww to load most webbsites. Watching a video is frustrating, pausing every few secons. How can Mozilla help? STOP INTENTIONALLY RUINING ALL USE OF FIREFOX, THEN LEAVE ME WITH NOTHING BUT A CHAT BOX AFTER MOZILLA RUINED THE BROWSER. On16/March/2023 Microsoft stated this PC was fully up to date, so please don't bother blaming the PC when it was the FORCED update that broke this browser.

I can play videos and audios on another browser or files stored on my computer, but just now I cannot on Firefox. I saw the FAQ explanation about Windows 7, but I have been using Firefox for years including just hours ago using Windows 7. Why would this happen right now? Did some new version just get installed? If so, can I return to the prior version and turn off the automatic update?

I am tired of this [removed] browser quitting, even when I don't have it open...I am going to uninstall it and NEVER install it again...I tried a full uninstall to see if it would fix whatever the [removed] issue with it was, but it is doing the same [removed] again!...I don't have this problem with any other browser I use on my system (Chrome, Brave, Opera and Tor)...I am tired of dealing with this [removed], so you can just take your [removed] and shove it!!!

How the hell does a browser crash when it isn't even being used???!!!

No need to respond and ask for any logs or other [removed], because it will all be gone!!!

I asked this question about 115.4.1 and was told to try in safe mode. However I cannot connect to my mail servers of which I have 2 and Gmail when in safe mode. Please look into the resource handling problem with the new Thunderbird under Win10.

1) Whenever I open Thunderbird the Gmail messages apparently get refreshed taking several minutes. I have cleaned up that inbox and limited to 366 days of mail.

2) I spent hours moving mail from past year from my other accounts into local storage. You no longer can scroll and block select more than about 20-30 messages at a time regardless of the background activity 1) above. The program requires you to repeatedly release shift key to grab more than a few messages. If you are able to grab say 1000 messages, and try to move them, the system chokes and does not respond.

3) Any background activity impedes the ability to scroll the inbox.

The new versions are crippled in some way as far as resources. The older version was more tolerant.

Please listen to complaints. Putting in safe mode I cannot troubleshoot. It is also very difficult in Win10 to follow instructions to safe mode unlike previous OS.
