I have been using gmail through firefox for years without problems. I have not recently changed in settings in firefox or gmail. Starting about two weeks ago, when I try to access gmail through firefox I only get a blank, white screen. No error messages. The only help articles I find are 8 years old and their trouble-shooting suggestions are not working. How can I regain access to gmail through firefox?

Starting a couple of months ago, images do not load in emails sent by Constant Contact despite the domain of the sender being in Outlook safe sender list. This does not happen in Edge or Chrome or Safari. Interestingly, adding a new domain to the safe sender list will result in Firefox very briefly displaying images then refreshing with them removed.

On the landing page for youtube, I used to be able to right mouse click on a video thumbnail and select "open image in a new tab" from the context menu and see the thumbnail in a new tab window.

After recent updates, (now using 111.0.1 64bit , on windows 10 pro), this feature no longer exists. It's not a change on youtube because the thumbnail is still recognized as an image and can be opened in a new tab when I use Edge browser. It seems like Firefox no longer recognizes the thumbnail as an image.

Is there any setting I can change to get the feature of "open image in new tab" back into the context menu. or somehow get Firefox to recognize the thumbnail as an image ?

All stories on Fox news and Yahoo do not show comments on the end of the stories. If I use MS edge the comment sections are there on all stories. I am using the latest mozilla program and am running windows 10.

I have Ecosia as the default search engine, but lately it won't let me search as it is stuck on a page saying:

Checking your browser before accessing www.ecosia.org. This process is automatic. Your browser will redirect to your requested content shortly. Please allow up to 5 seconds...

This page does not redirect.

This doesn't happen with Brave.

How can I get Firefox to use Ecosia?

Just curious, how is it that Firefox does NOT reace to the windows 10 display manager? All other app windows do what they're supposed to do whtn you use the "taskbar + right click" function to cascade windows, show windows stacked, and/or show windows side-by-side.

However, Firefox does minimize with windows + D (show desktop/show windows).

NB: Not critical. Just convenient when I have too many apps [10-12] running at the same time.

If you can find out what causes this error code to appear, we would be on the road to solving the problem. BTW, it can play videos on the selection screen but only raises the error when i try to launch the movie. I also have difficulty with News videos where the wait symbol never stops, it just keeps trying to play it and never succeeds.

Why does Firefox unpin itself from taskbar ? I pin the app to the taskbar then open the browser; when I close the browser, the app unpins from the taskbar. Near as I can tell, Firefox is the only app doing this; all other apps I tried stay pinned after closing.

When i use a link to an Excel Workbook stored in a GitHub repo the downloaded file is only 6 Bytes - and consequently rubbish. When I do exactly the same thing with Edge or with FireFox or Edge on another computer the downloaded file is complete. I've cleaned up FireFox but it didn't help.

Using Google with Firefox I type search terms then press 'Return'. Instead of displaying search results Firefox starts a new line in the search terms box. This has only just started....

My IDM extension no longer seems to be the default downloader. Downloads now come via the native Windows (8.1) downloader. Can you suggest any way of resolving this issue?

My credit cards will not let me sign in until I leave firefox and go to google how do I add my cards so firefox talks to my cards bank and then lets me log in Im 71 and barely know where the on /off button is for my PC so use the KISS system to explain please

I try to open Roblox from Firefox and when I attempt to play a game I get a prompt and I choose Roblox, then click OK, but then it doesn't seem to get passed to the application as it simply opens the home page in the app.

I am using Firefox Nightly if that helps.

I logged onto my daughters school google account through firefox and now they are managing my browser. Which registry do I need to delete in order to remove this so I can use firefox again? Can I just delete the entire Mozilla folder

It seems there is nothing in settings that can control this. Just update automatically or notify. I hate notifications. All day I get pointless, inane notifications. Is there anything in about:config that can stop it from updating every 5 minutes?

New level fire fox 111.0... can not order groceries or check products from grocery store ' MEIJER'.. website is meijer. com.. go to there website and these are examples but could be any product. search for ' milk ' ... milk displays ok, but then you check next item like ' eggs ' goes to a white screen and stays. need to close down fire fox and start over... other Browsers like chrome or edge has no problems . I have always used fire fox for everything and has worked fine. If I go to walmart and check there items.. that website has no problems on firefox.

Good morning :-) All of a sudden my gmail no longer opens in Mozilla Firefox. All other sites work, and my gmail works in Chrome and Safari. I don't like to use any other browser. I've tried the bookmark and went outside the bookmark, and neither works. It just spins and spins. Can you please help me?
