Hi! There are multiple recent threads on this issue, and not one of them has a solution, so I'm asking again. I want to increase the font size of the top header text, specifically the bookmarks toolbar, search bar, and tab titles. The text is too small for me to read. It would also be useful if I could increase the font size for the applications menu (the hamburger drop down menu in the far right of the header).

I do not want to increase the size of anything else, so changing layout.css.devPixelsPerPx is not the solution. I have changed my global zoom settings, and set them specifically to "Zoom text only", but this setting does not effect the bookmarks toolbar or the search bar. Changing the default font size also does not increase the size of this text.

Hello, I've used AddBlock successfully for years but now , to my utter dismay, It has stopped functioning. I tried unsuccessfully to reset Firefox . Have just gone through the latest StartPage privacy protocol added to Firefox, but I am still beset with beastly adds. Hope you can help, Cordially, Joy

Currently the fonts at the top of the page (tab headers, address bar, search bar, booksmarks) are all set to a larger font. I don't know how they got changed but they are too big now. If I try change font size and style in settings nothing happens. It is not how it looked on first install and using another browser has font sizes of a more practical size. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Firebox and also doing a refresh and it doesn't change anything.

Its almost like a bug that has made Firefox set these fonts larger than they should and not able to modifying them again.

I cannot for the life of me work out how to fix this and its very off putting to the point, short of a full OS reinstall I'll have to start using another browser.

Firefox says that it is now my default browser, which is what I wanted, but my browser is still duckduckgo, and firefox browser is not on the available list of browsers to select as default. I downloaded it. I selected "make it my default browser". But it isn't. It's still duckduckgo.

I wanted to get an couple new addons to my firefox browser. But whenever I try to get one i get the message 'Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt' whether I save the file and install it in windows, or trey to install at the firefox addons page. I have done multiple re-installs of the latest browser, cleaned every file out of the system, even joined this community in case I have to get some kind of membership to get addons.

I am out of ideas to solve the problem, and I cannot find anywhere on the internet where the 'Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt'. problem I have is solved. Please help.

Lauching Firefox browser onto desktop after starting is VERY slow. No other browser is slow to start. No suggestion about "fix slowness" in Firefox HELP is apparent. How to fix slow launching?

Is there a way to autofill for most sites but not autofill for certain sites while still saving passwords through firefox for those sites. I like to store my bank information on firefox behind an master password but it automatically autofills with out asking for the master password. Can I limit the sites that autofill passwords or require the master password in order to autofill? Any suggestions?

This command doesn't work, and I've seen others with the same issue and no one ever gave a response on how to fix it.

I'm assuming the same thing will happen here, but I just started using Fire Fox and really hope someone can give some resolve.

I tried running with no extensions too, it still didn't work.

Microsoft Edge Control + Shift + N works

Chrome Shift + N works

I tried this solution "Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is is causing the problem. " It didn't work.

Please could someone help me. Firefox has been my favorite go to browser, but now I am forced to look for alternatives.

I have a problem with how firefox is treating link to the file of type ".wotmod". For some reason firefox without asking is just opening file in the active tab (displaying it in the browser) when what I want to do is to download the file. Can i somehow force firefox to let me decide what to do with files of that extension? I did set action for all available ContentTypes to "Always ask" and I did check "Ask whether to open or save files" option in settings, but still Firefox is just opening those files in the browser. Other browsers like Chrome or Edge are letting me download the file, but I would prefer to use firefox for all my browsing needs. How can I set my location in Firefox. I know better than anyone on the web where I am located, and Firefox is locating me hundreds of miles away, so I just want to set the Zip code for my actual location. Thanks for any advice! -Harry

I went to settings and set firefox to open links in a NEW TAB instead of a new window, but it still opens links in a new window. I did a search on google and when I click on the link for the website to see the information it is still opening in a new window. How can I fix this so I don't have a lot of new windows. It's irritating to have to close all those stinking windows just to get back to my original window. I just want the links I click on to open in a new tab.

I'm looking for a plugin or website that is able to convert voice to text capability on Firefox. For Chrome there are many solutions (VoiceNote II, Voice Recognition, Dictanote). And I need to use it on firefox.

In firefox, as I think, permissions settings/UI haven't yet been sorted out however, so permission can't be granted to use it by the user, so it can't be used.

Tried uninstall, update, troubleshoot mode, restart, clear cache, malware detect, task mgr, etc. Windows 10 software, drivers, firewall, hardware, memory, etc are ok.

Firefox hangs, no rhyme or reason, random pages, every hour or so.

Am I the only one having issue?
