I wrote this on 13 June 2022: ...I am signed into a Firefox account. I have used this account on at least three different computers. I have downloaded the application anew at least a dozen times.

Firefox randomly, from where I sit, opens things in French rather than English. How can I keep it in English unless otherwise specified (I occasionally want German or Japanese)?

How can I get all the info out of my account and try to start another that speaks English reliably?

I just got an add-on called LMMS Music Studio. But every time I click on their icon I am taken to something else called "https://www.offidocs.com/edit-lmms.php?username=810908&fileurl=newfileoriginal" Any ideas?

New version produces "Access Denied" when logging into Chewy.com Please fix this. I tried to add an image, but, like last time, doing so froze the page and I couldn't get back here. Had to start over. Can I revert to the earlier version of Firefox that worked? If so, how?

When watching something on Youtube and I click on the coloured download icon, I get to be able to click on the title of the video. A blue 1 appears in the download icon. When I click again, then click on the blue 1 to watch the download. Nothing happens. The window just sits there and states 'downloading', but it does not happen. This happened last year and you managed to fix it; now Youtube seem to have blocked downloading again. Geoffrey D Dean, Australia.

The YouTube videos load in troubleshoot mode, so I reopened Firefox and disabled all extensions. That did not help, so I uninstall all extensions. That does not work either. Other browsers work, but Firefox does not.

In a simple HTML file containing an Arabic / Urdu / Persian phrase: "با نشئہ درویشی در ساز و دمادم زن", Firefox in Linux (Ubuntu, to be more precise) uses the default font (DejaVu Sans) for the whole phrase except for one character (UNICODE: 6C1). Font used for this character is Noto Sans Arabic UI. So the text looks broken due to different fonts.

Please have a look at the attached screenshots for better understanding.

I've tried to search but could not find how exactly Firefox resolves preferences in Font Settings and CSS "font-family" preference to local fonts in Linux. Does this have to do something with "fontconfig"?

How can I make Firefox use only the default font for the whole phrase?

Hello! When I try to log into my Microsoft 365 Outlooks, I get the following message:

'Your browser is a bit unusual...

Try disabling ad blockers and other extensions, enabling javascript, using a different web browser or turning off your VPN.'

I did go in and turn off the ad blocker. I do not have a VPN, and I could not find anything about Javascript on the Preferences page.

Please let me know what to do so I can log into my email.

I just went to one of my email folders in Googlemail and it was empty. When I began to check the other folders they are all empty as well, but on Google Chrome and on my phone all the messages are there. Why are they not there in Firefox? Can I get them back?

I have an intermittent problem with the back and forward buttons skipping pages. My home page is a blank page. From the home page I select the YouTube bookmark. I intend to right click on a video and select Open Link in New Window, but sometimes my touchpad doesn't see it as a right click and opens the video. When the video is done if I click on the back button, the browser takes me to the home page (blank) instead of the first YouTube page. If I then click on the forward button, YouTube loads a new page of videos to watch. There is no way to get back to the original first YouTube page which is annoying if there was something else I wanted to watch. I've had this happen with other sites as well. I originally thought this was a Firefox issue but now am wondering if my touchpad is interpreting the click on the back button as two clicks and causing it to go back two pages. Is this possible?

On the website page, it has top rating section of the products. When I scroll down to see the listing, there is a big empty space between the next item in the listing and it continues through every next item of the listing.

So a few months ago I was having issues with Firefox so I deleted it. But today I redownloaded it, and it was working fine, but all of my data is gone my passwords bookmarks my history is there anyway to get this back.
