I keep getting this msg. will not open pages and will not restore "Gah. Your tab just crashed." I had to use EDGE to contact you will not open in fire fox. Please help. 772 634-0122 Steve Badaracco

Long ago I used to never have to hit F5 to see today's version of a page instead of the cached version, and I do NOT want to clear cache or cookies or history on exit, no, that's not the setting I'm looking for, thanks.

When photos, videos, or websites are linked on a FB comment, it used to display a thumbnail preview below the comment. Now it just shows the link. On mobile, the preview appears. So I'm thinking a setting got changed on the desktop version.

Does anyone know what the issue is and how to correct?

I used to have no problem opening messages.google.com/web/conversations to link my messages to my Pixel phone. Just recently the site will not open in Firefox. Not an error message, it just won't open the page.

I often have many tabs open (25+) I have made it so tab shrink way more then normal (I like the way chrome handles tabs where they basically just shrink infinitely. Firefox doesn't do it's even with my twerks but ohwell.)

so when i want to click on a tab with audio playing at a small size i often mute the tab instead of clicking on the tab

Where and how can i remove the mute button that appears when hovering over tabs with audio playing?

I have never found that mute button useful so removing it will not impact me

Since my Firefox browser has many issues these days, I tried to reinstall it but forgot to leave the box next to “Remove My Firefox Personal Data and Customization” unchecked when I proceeded with the installation.

I don't have any manual backup of my Window 11 system or bookmarks / passwords stored on Firefox. And all Firefox folders now have a last-modified time later than the time when I clicked the installation file. Thus, I guess my bookmarks / passwords stored over the past two years are forever gone. But I would like to make sure that it is really the case so that I can move on and start feeling better.

I understand it was completely my careless mistake. But your kind feedback would really, really be appreciated.

Why you create Mozilla account with sync, if I can't use profile which I saved on my old PC. I change my PC and now I can't use my open tabs as needed, I need to open each tab one by one. Why ??? Why I can't use saved profile on my new PC ??????

I can't sign into my TracFone account on FireFox or FireFox Private Window. But I "can" sign on in Chrome. Is there someway to fix this as FireFox is my main default browser.

When I pull up my settings, it states that my browser is being monitored by my organization. The problem is that my laptop is my private laptop and not connected to any organization, at least, not with my knowledge. When I click on the link associated with the message, it lists two policy names. One policy value is locked with the word true after it. The other policy value is unlocked with the word false after it. What do I do?

I can't find a way to disable tabs scrolling. This is highly confusing, I have to always look for my tabs and do extra clicks and scrolling. This is very distracting. Also those two buttons - "<" & ">" - they occupy extra space. The left one is especially annoying because I expect a "+ new tab" button to be there. I don' want to test/use this new experimental feature, how can I turn this off? Thank you.

I recently facing an issue that the Firefox browser randomly maxed out my RAM and went unresponsive. Like the screenshot below, I am only trying to open Facebook and Instagram, 2 tabs.

I have tried to open about:memory and about:processes to monitor but it just went unresponsive and both the monitoring just hanged.

Have no idea why the Firefox process taking up so much RAM. Need help.

I've had recent security issues and have had a couple actual breaches. Having two accounts so similar to one another caused some unnecessary confusion during a panicked burst of changing passwords. Can we merge them?

Hello, I have the fallowing issue with Firefox and the sound icon on taskbar in Windows 10 22h2, when Firefox is open and I click on the sound icon on the taskbar in Windows 10 22h2 the sound icon does not open, when Firefox is closed the issue is gone.

Any help to fix this issue would be great.

I had issue with notifications (showed up but when i click on them they didnt were redirecting to original tweet) so i cleaned cookies after cleaning cookies i doesnt have option to turn on push notifications.

Dear all, I would like to know how to disable the automatic insertion of the tag
in a text editor in Firefox. I am using Froala, and I am experiencing this only in firefox. Chrome and Edge do not add this tag automatically. Thank you for you support. Kind regards, Cristiano

In Chrome, I can hit CTRL+SHIFT+I to open developer tools, add the Media tab, and go to the Media tab, and I can see the codec and what decoder is being used.

How do I do the same thing in Firefox?
