I tried to log onto Youtube so I could make a few comments on a football game. They had to send me a code to my email (HOTMAIL) BTW I never received a code to LOG into YouTube. I used "Snip & Sketch" as I have many many times before but now I open a photo to edit it and Microsoft has taken over my photos. I mean as far as my editing capabilities. I've tried all the "OPEN WITH" options but can not get to the basic photo editor. Need some help here... Thanks in advance Steve

Added some extensions (core/distribution/extensions), added autoconfig (js in core/defaults/prefs and cfg in core), put a user.js in core/defaults/profile with a userchrome.css in core/defaults/profile/chrome)

Then repackaged (step 4), did step 5 and 6 however when the newly formed installer is run I get a 7-zip error saying "the system cannot find the file specified". The originally installer works so it must be something that I am doing

I need to install Firefox on a new laptop under an existing account, but a new account was already created on the new device. All it will let me do is reinstall under the newly created account.

Firefox cannot access my bank account. Bank says hello to my name when I log in, but then keeps saying "loading" and can never show me what is in my bank accounts. Why?

Since 117(Beta)I have an issue with Firefox refusing to apply the update it downloaded. I've tried searching left and right on the internet for a solution and one does work which is installing the newer version of the browser each time myself. But this is ofcourse not a solution in the long run.

It tries now to apply the update 118b9 to stable version 118 and it did downloaded just fine and asked me if I wanted to close the program to let it update which always worked. I've tried different DNS to see if that could be the problem, tried a clean default profile to see if that helped, I haven't tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, due to me losing my passwords and what not.

I also tried to run the stable version to see if the issue was still there and it is still there, so me using the beta channel isn't the issue here.

I'm trying to restore Firefox Bookmarks and stored login/passwords from a Time Machine backup of my Macbook Pro. I've read in the Mozilla support articles where this info is stored, but my backups have no Firefox folder under "Applications Support." Did it get eliminated when I signed up with Mozilla in order to get help with this? These files are on my current system, but they only have a few items that I've entered today.

I recently "downgraded" from macOS Ventura back to macOS Monterey on my 2019 Macbook Pro. Is there a way to migrate all the Firefox bookmarks and login/password info that I had prior to the downgrade? I made a complete backup of the computer prior to the downgrade, but I can't find any folders with this info on the backup, just the Firefox application. I didn't make the .html or .csv files of the bookmarks or login info prior to the downgrade--didn't think it would require such steps to migrate the old info.

I've been experiencing trouble logging into my browser for my website account recently. Despite entering the correct credentials, I'm unable to gain access. I've attempted to reset my password, clear cache, and even tried on a different device, but to no avail. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, I uninstalled my old firefox from macbook by going to the 'application' folder and dragging it into the bin I then installed a new firefox However now I have two firefox on my macbook - could anyone tell me how to solve this???

I upgraded from 67(?) to 115.2.1esr 32 bit and all the tabs were lost after the restart, ok, i understaqnd that. But when i went into settings the "Open previous windows and tabs" is dimmed and cant be set on

really like this ability but cant set the faint option, Watch do I need to do? FF has been my only browser for 18 or so years - please help

I was in italy when I first created my firefox account and by default it choose italian as language. All of my search results are in italian even though in browser settings I choose English as preffered language. Now I discovered that actually my firefox profile is in italian that's why I see results in italian. In the profile settings (https://accounts.firefox.com/settings), there is no option to change the language. Please help.

I keep getting browser update screens by microsoft asking me if i would say yes to installing the latest download or update. I checked my settings and i'm set to get automatic updates but they are all in pending status because I say no to the microsoft question everytime because i didn't know if i could trust that warning that they throw up.

What do you advise?
