Today i was changing my password and 2FA application. I went to my Firefox Account settings and removed my 2FA and Recovery Key. I added my 2FA back again but when i tried to create a new Recovery Key, it didn't work. In the first step of creating a Recovery Key, it asks for a password. I have tried my account password multiple times but it did not accept it. Then i reset my account password and tried again but once again it did not work.

Hello, after reinstalling my Windows 10 and Firefox I have lost all my data from account. I know it sounds strange, but can you check my last sync on this account from saturday 17.04.2021? After login fresh installed firefox I didn't get any sync(history/tab/bookmarks/add-ons/etc.) I will be very thankful you to help me solve that problem. Thanks.

I've been able to sync my firefox account on a university computer until 2 weeks ago. Now when i login to the university computer (in the classroom where I teach), my account "logs in" but nothing syncs (no bookmarks or passwords).

I haven't changed anything with my account. How can I access my synced info on this University computer?

Hello! I’m using Firefox on 3 laptops and 1 mobile and I specified to sync only bookmarks. I noticed today that Firefox suggests URLs I have typed on one of my laptops when I start typing on my phone. Weirdly, history seems to be limited to my phone activity and my Sync options specify to focus on bookmarks.

Anyway, I am under the impression that Firefox synchronises more than what I asked. Is there something I am misunderstanding?
