I cannot sign in to Mozilla support; I have a sync account/FF yet never had old version of sync, have FF 41 so those are not reasons why (having older versions)

Cannot sign in to Mozilla Support although I could sign in to sync previously TODAY. From sync I could not sign in to any other Mozilla site, including this one. When I tried to hit link " I have this problem too" page greyed out and small box in center said "you have an error" or similar wording. Somehow this site allowed me to enter by creating a new username and new Mozilla Support account. It is unknown if this context window report will survive or if anyone will be able to contact my email. Using same email account and password to sign up, yet new username. A message keeps appearing at the lower part of screen informing me that my user email or password is not correct; although when I hit on the button to enter these fields it allows me into my FF sync account. But no other accounts are accessed by my sync account contrary to info on various Mozilla pages that ( I could not send message questions on them or sign in) I landed in while searching for answers. I hope you can follow what I am saying and help me. (1) cannot sign in to any Mozilla sites except sync. Even that is only accessed by hitting a "preferences" button at the end of the reoccurring error message that pops up several times a day on bottom of page. (2) how do I stop the reoccuring error pop up at page bottom informing me that sync has encountered error in my email or password and cannot sign in (by itself) to sync when I do nothing to cause the pop up, it just keeps showing up randomly.

   please help me, these things are major bugs in FF and Mozilla sign in on all help forums. If this gets thru it will be the exception.

The original question was about Firefox not working after installation of java version 8 update 66, but I can't ask that question because I have to "verify" my email and Firefox, which the verification system wants to use, isn't working. I'm using a different email address this time in the hope that it will refer to a different browser.

The reset password link takes longer than an hour to appear in my mailbox, so it expires by the time I try to set a new password.

Hello, I have been waiting a few days for a verification email from Firefox Sync. I'm logging in through Firefox on another computer. The email address is a standard Gmail one, and I have checked all folders, including Spam. I'm actively sending and receiving Gmail messages, so there's nothing wrong with that account. Since there's no direct way to contact Mozilla, I'm at a loss of what to do next. I want to have everything synced up properly; that's the reason I'm using the service to begin with. Does anyone have a suggestion?

can not sign in using firefox 53.0.3

Having (had) problems signing into Firefox did not receive confirmation email. But once I used this support feature and re-registered with new user name, password it brought me to this. I'm assuming that now that I re-registered everything is OK if I receive a confirmation email from you.

I'm in a constant loop: I enter my password, I get a confirmation email, I enterr the passcode, Sync tells me my password is incorrect--how do I escape?

I have Firefox sync on about 6 devices. I am having problems logging in on just 1 device. I don't want to have to relog in on all the other devices just because I'm stuck in a weird loop on this 1 computer. The loop is that I enter my password, I get a confirmation code, I enter the code, then it tells me the password was wrong. I tried starting over and entering the wrong password once to see what it did--it told me the password was wrong and didn't send a passcode. So, I must be entering the correct password the other times (I have tried 4 times), but it never lets me in.

I have checked for the last 12 hours in my email folder, junk folder. Not one communication received on 8/1/17 from Mozilla. How do you expect customers to access your company by not acknowledging my requests. Don't state 'sent successfully' messages, when this is not the case.
