Update kills WebGL function... last time had to strip everything FireFox out of the registry, erase anything FireFox from anywhere, and do a clean download and installation... Auto Update came yesterday... problem again!!! WHY This is the second time this has occured.

Only way I can gain access is through my stand alone computer. I no longer have a hand-held computer. So can we work through our problem via my computer. Otherwise, I don't know what to do. Hi ! I'm a long term user of the "Firefox" browser. My Firefox User Nº is : 14634487 I'm also an existing long term user of both "NordVPN" and "NordPass".

When logging in to "Nordpass" this morning on my (new) MacBook Pro, I received a message in the App window stating that they were "ending support for my extension on 30th of September" and inviting me to "get the latest extension to continue using NordPass in a browser"

So, I bought a 2 year subscription for the extension 'NordPass Premium for Firefox'. Nordpass has acknowledged this by email: Quote : "Thank you for your purchase Here are the details of your order. Item  : NordPass: 2-year subscription Price : £29.43/2 years VAT 20% - £5.89 Total: £35.32/2 years"

In a 'Welcome' email sent by NordPass, I clicked on "Download NordPass which opened a Firefox 'Add-Ons' web-page for downloading the app named "NordPass Password Manager and Digital Vault" - but the only functioning button was 'REMOVE' ! I tried to 'Log In' at the top right corner of the page but I then became stuck in a continuous loop of picture identifications to prove I was not a robot ! It just went on and on ! I abandoned it for a while and, when I returned, the 'Robot check was gone but all my attempts to get the extension have failed ! I can't for the life of me find ANY means of downloading and installing the extension I've PAID FOR !

Whether this is all owing to a fault on the "NordPass" side or in the "Firefox" browser side is a mystery to me. Either way, I'm sending this message to BOTH.

I've now given up trying to do it unaided. PLEASE, could someone advise me how I can get my extension !! If this isn't resolved quickly, I'll seek to have a refund of my £35.32 and will have seriously to consider leaving both "NordVPN" and "NordPass" and/or defecting from "Firefox" to the "Safari" browser.

The most recent update to Firefox, on each of our four Windows 10 systems, has a new glitch when printing PDF files. The particular files we're trying to print are in LEGAL SIZE format, and Firefox is compressing the text into a size that only uses half the page. This is true whether or not we select LEGAL SIZE in the printing interface, and regardless of the "Scale" setting. We had to switch over to printing these files with Adobe Acrobat, which worked fine.

I've been struggling with this issue for a few months. After Firefox updates, my toolbar layout gets reset and I have to re-do it from scratch. If that wasn't bad enough, occasionally when this happens it also enters this state where nothing loads. All tabs just get stuck in blank screen "dancing dot mode". Yes, google, everything. To "fix" this, I go into troubleshoot mode, and back to normal again, and then it's "fixed"... until it happens again a few days later. I can actually rebuild my toolbar layout in under 15 seconds now, I've done it so many times. I've tried doing the 'refresh'. Many times. I've fully uninstalled and re-installed Firefox. I uninstalled plugins that I suspected might be the cause. Nothing worked. At best these measures kept firefox stable a couple of weeks longer. I actually gave up and tried other browsers for a while. Any insight is appreciated.

ages ago FF posted an update on my desk top. I've installed it dozens of times and dismissed it many times that much but it is still stuck on my desktop. How do O cleaned this up?

A new version of the "List All Tabs" appeared on my toolbar today, shown on the left and hovered over in the attached screenshot (ignore the Malwarebytes extension icon). The old icon for this button was a chevron with approximately the same functionality. I was able to remove the old icon, but I'm unable to find a way to remove this one. Here is what I've tried so far:

• Like the old one, the Customize Toolbar feature is unable to remove it since it is grayed out.
• For a while, I was able to remove the old icon by going to about:config and setting browser.tabs.tabmanager.enabled to false. This solution does not work for the current and some recent versions of the button.
• I attempted to create a userChrome.css file (following all the steps according to this this website) and added the following string: #alltabs-button { display: none !important; }

None of these attempted fixes have removed the button following a browser restart. Is there a way to remove it? I have no need of a button that shows me what tabs I have open when I can simply look at my toolbar.

A few days ago, I updated from Firefox Desktop Version 115.14.0 EXT to Firefox Desktop Version 115.15.0 EXT. I believe the latest update has a BUG that is causing problems with my Security software. I just spent more than two hours with the Security software's Tech Support Team. They were not able to find any errors on their side. Then it occurred to me that the Security software issues began AFTER I installed the latest Firefox Desktop Version 115.15.0 EXT. How can I re-Install Firefox Desktop Version 115.14.0 EXT?

Normally with a Firefox update, the 'Your Firefox has been updated' page is shown once. But after update 130.0, I can't get rid of it . Of course I can open a New tab but I'd rather not see this page at all: it has annoying graphics showing tips that i dont want!

After updating Firefox to version 130.0, the on-screen keyboard no longer opens in Windows tablet mode when you click on an input field. As we use Firefox on many terminal PCs, this is an important issue for us.

I have a new computer and I want to reinstall my previous FIREFOX browser that has all of my bookmarks with it. I know my password and I have a recovery key. I need simple directions on how to reinstall and how do I make sure I have my bookmarks? Also, on my last FIREFOX browser,when I opened it I had FOX NEWS that appeared. I need to know how to have FOX NEWS come up when I launch FIREFOX. I would really appreciate your help.

Hi there. I wanted to add Block site extension to my Firefox browser on iPad. Is this possible? It keeps asking me to download Firefox which I am already using. If I try to download it again it won’t complete so it seems impossible to do this. With thanks. Col.

After upgrading my Mac to Sonoma, Firefox quit working. It gets stuck on checking for updates. I have searched the web for answers and I have:

Changed my proxy settings - made no difference Opened in trouble shooting mode - no difference Deleted all cache etc - no difference Re-installed Firefox - no difference Set up a new profile (multiple times) - no difference Reset Firefox (multiple times) - no difference Ran a check for Malware - none found A few other things - no difference Firefox has been my main browser for about 15 years and it is now useless. Please let me know if there is a fix. I hate using Safari but I have spent days on this.

I changed my hardware and reinstalled Firefox. I signed-in using the same google account but my search history and saved passwords are now lost. I need them back. What should i do?
