The 2-year-old support page "View synced tabs from other devices" gives 2 methods for syncing all your tabs from one Windoze FF to another. Neither one does anything at all for me now. The "right-click on the device in the sidebar" sounded SO promising, but it does not cause anything at all to happen. And checking the "sync tabs" box does indeed make them all show up in the sidebar list, but does not open anything. So besides clicking on each of the hundreds of tabs listed, how can I do this, or is it just another FF functionality lost to time?

I just bought a new PC, part by part, and used my storage devices from my old PC. I formatted the windows drive and am on a fresh installation of windows 11. I tried to log in to my mozilla account, but couldn't remember my password so I used the "Forgot password" function. When I logged in, no bookmarks or history was saved. Is it possible to restore my synced data?

15/12/2025 I need to sync my firefox data from my old windows 10 laptop to my new windows 11 laptop. Do I have to download the firefox app on to my new laptop before I can sync it, and will I need a new password if I have to download the app. Im using my old password on my old laptop to write this. On the new laptop, I tried to sign into firefox on the internet but, it said my password is wrong. I'm an oldie and have no idear what to do. Iwill be very grateful for any help. Many Thanks,

Firefox won't sync anything since a while back, maybe since two months back, I am unable to force sync. Clearing cashe, uninstalling the app, relogging both phone and pc, neither of these syncs bookmarks across the devices. I am able to send tabs in-between the devices. Biggest issue is I can't save bookmarks on one device and expect them to be available on my other device Nokia 7.2

I have multiple devices all using Firefox with the same account. On one of the devices I swapped the motherboard and since all payment methods in firefox disappeared. Syncing is active across all devices. On all other devices the payment methods are still available.

On the device with the new motherboard, I tried to disable payment methods sync and re-enable it but the payment methods list is still empty. How can I restore all the payment methods on this device? Why they are not syncing?

Instructions everywhere say to open Firefox on mobile, select the options menu, and select "Sync and save your data." However, "Sync and save your data" does not exist. I cannot sync my passwords from mobile to my desktop.

Everything is gone, I have had to reinstall windows 4 times in the last week with a new PC and now all my sync data is gone...Chrome remembers everything fine and Mozilla did remember everything until this install and now its not syncing anything.

If this stuff is gone so am I.

Have tried logging in with my google account, tried logging in with Moz account, tried sync button over and over tried restarting, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and manually deleting all the folders STILL NO SYNC DATA AT ALL.......

I have a profil i didn't use since 22 days because computer issues

I need to retrieve ALL my tabs from this device For some issues i could'nt to it all before.

Now, i can see in my firefox profil pge, the profil exist. But if i go to my firefox installed in my new computer, i don't see THIS firefox device with ALL my VERY IMPORTANT tabs.

Is there any way to retrieve them ?

My bookmarks on my laptop has lost 90% of my bookmarks. I try to sync with my PC but nothing happens and the laptop remains the same. I've tried closing the browser and logout and login again but nothing changes. I've turn of the laptop and turning on still nothing. How can I be log in and see a different layout, it doesn't make any sense. The only thing I have change on this laptop is down loaded a new version of CClean. Which I have already done the day before on my PC. I've attached a copy of both screens 743 is from my PC and the other 534 is from my laptop.

Hello, my old laptop broke. I bought a new one, installed Firefox, and signed into my Firefox account. My add-ons synced, but my passwords and bookmarks are gone. I can't access the old laptop now. Is there a way to fix this without a backup file? Or are add-ons the most I can get? Both devices have been added to the devices in the Firefox account.

I synced my data today in mozilla and after that i reinstalled windows on my PC. now i installed fresh mozilla and logged in into my account but my data is not synced... i lost a lot of open tabs,bookmarks etc... what can i do? is synced version still somewhere or what? i did everything as i supposed to do but i cant see my previous open tabs and bookmarks..

I had a previous account with firefox on a different computer and attempted to login on a new one, but once i logged in none of my passwords or data transferred even though it was the same account, just curious if there’s any way i can get my info onto my new computer besides using a sync key or manually importing it

after reinstalling the OS, Firefox stopped synchronizing most of the data. Bookmarks were not transferred, and passwords and extensions were transferred less than half

How can I transfer open tabs from my old computer to my new one? Syncing is enabled, and the sync tabs checkbox is checked, but the tabs aren't syncing on the new device. I also couldn't find any separate function to load tabs.

After reinstalling Firefox and logging into my account, my saved passwords, bookmarks, and other data have not synced and are missing.

I have confirmed I'm using the correct account and that sync is enabled for all data types.

not sure how to bring Firefox bookmarks from my old laptop to my new one. Hate to lose them all ! i got a new lap top, have signed into Firefox, but don't see my bookmarks. Help.

New computer. Cannot import bookmarks or passwords. cannot save bookmarks or passwords. Will be forced against my will to use Microsoft. Sync won't easily connect old computer to new. Only computer to phone. Help ! old win 10 new win 11

My syncing my desktop to my Android phone has stopped. When I try to sync, nothing happens. I'm trying to sign in and you system keeps on telling me to check my Microsoft Authenticator, but nothing happens there (on the phone) and I don't see authenticator on my desktop. I've recently changed some passwords (not Firefox) and need my phone Firefox updated. Please help.
