I've been trying to get this computer to work. The last time a clean install was done a few days ago Firefox immediately remembered my favorites, extensions (or one important one of them) and the configuration of the browser.

p.s. I sense there are changes at firefox. is there something I should know?

I think I erased my passwords

I had to reinstall my operating system, and thought the Sync with the passkey would allow me to recover my saved passwords and bookmarks. But I put in the key I was give… (閱讀更多)

I had to reinstall my operating system, and thought the Sync with the passkey would allow me to recover my saved passwords and bookmarks. But I put in the key I was given and nothing was recovered. Did I completely misunderstand how the Sync was supposed to work?

Today I find out that was logged out of my Firefox accounts. it happends few time this week. When I tried to log in, I found that all my passwords were gone. The logins-backup.json file is empty. after i restore firefox account synchronization happened and I'm afraid that I lost all my passwords. so What can i do?

Hello I installed Windows some time ago, after that when I installed Firefox and added my account to it, none of my data was there, even though I had backed up a lot of passwords, bookmarks and add-ons. Now I have to check if I have any data. Syncing is not happening. Please check my account and help me recover my data.

I have had a firefox account for the past 1 year I have browsed a lot of sites in that 1 year and had a few bookmarks too. I used to regularly sync the account too. Today after a normal browsing session I closed firefox. After I opened it up again it had automatically signed me out. When I signed back in, I saw that my whole history had been wiped, everything from the past 1 year. Now there is no trace of it. Please tell me what might have happened. Everything is gone. I can provide my account name and details. Please help
