I used the new CleanMyMac and the think has removed the passwords from Firefox on my iMac. I still have them on my iPhone in both Lockwise and the Passwords app. Sync doesn't seem to alter anything. Anyone know a way to re-establish these in the iMac's Firefox?

I know this is dumb, but I cleared my iMac's cache and nuked my entire history, password and bookmarks. This is catastrophic :( Can you please assist with any steps that may be able to allow me to recover this data? I have icould and it's synced, and I have a Firefox account but I cannot seem to find any way of restoring or accessing some backup. Please advise. Thank you!

So recently I had reinstalled windows and reformated all my drives, I am also sure that this account is my only firefox account. But when i checked the sync data it shows only 1 sync data which is today 14/3/2025. I am also sure that I had left all my sync data as default therefore it should have automatically sync. But currently I do not have access to my bookmarks, etc

I was using my account for sync my bookmarks, but i hope that was saved in my phone. After check CCleaner deleted all from my laptop, i realize that was also deleted from my mobile. ¿How i can recover all my bookmarks that was sync in my account?

I was signed out from my Firefox-Account on my PC for no apparent reason. I reset my Firefox Sync Password today and when I checked my saved passwords they were empty. In my profile folder there is a logins.json.corrupt file which probably contains all my saved passwords. How can I recover them and why doesn't Firefox sync them back like it's supposed to?

Hello, after changing devices, I had to change my Mozilla password because I could not access my password manager at the time. When syncing, I realised everything had disappeared. I still have the old password, have changed it back to the old password, is there anyway for me to get my data, I have no copy of my bookmarks or history or anything?

I wanted to open firefox and a new window for new firefox open but did not suggest me to sync my old bookmarks. instead it only asked me if i wanted to sync with chrome browser only. why was i not allowed to save old bookmarks before new firefox updated.

Hello I installed Windows some time ago, after that when I installed Firefox and added my account to it, none of my data was there, even though I had backed up a lot of passwords, bookmarks and add-ons. Now I have to check if I have any data. Syncing is not happening. Please check my account and help me recover my data.

Hi, I just switched laptop< I no longer have my old one. I thought I'd just have log in to Firefox to recover all my information, like bookmarks and saved passwords, but now that I'm logged in, I can't find any of that. Is it possible I didn't save it? Can you help me recover it?
