Until a week or two ago, Amazon Prime Video worked without a problem on my Firefox browser. Now I cannot get Prime Video to open any show, nor can I access previous episodes of any show. I tried removing all my add-ons, including all my ad blockers and making Prime Video an exception to the enhanced Firefox browser feature. Nothing worked. Can someone at Firefox fix this problem or tell me why it happened? I CAN use prime video without difficulty on Safari and Chrome.

For a few days now I've been unable to use Google tools via Firefox (I can't tell if this is due to an update or not).

As soon as a document (usually an editable or navigable area) is opened on the page, it appears completely black. Interactions work correctly at first glance (it's possible to click, write, interact with content that isn't displayed. The problem seems to be purely visual.

I've encountered the problem in all Google Sheet or Docs documents (including when I'm making a new one) and on Google Maps, regardless of location (in the case of Google maps, a notable point is that the map is displayed and then turns black after one or two seconds).

I don't have this problem on another browser, I have it in PM.

Do you have any ideas on how to find the cause and fix the problem?

I tried to log on this morning to my mail and get this link" https://guce.yahoo.com/consent?brandType" with a pop up page "oops something went wrong"

all searches I have done to try and resolve seem to be 2019 or older with the 2024 being locked.

I type in yahoo.com, do a search yahoo, they all come up the same message. anything yahoo related I cannot load. and get this same message.

I run malware byte and Ccleaner neither solved this issue

I use Microsoft edge and have no issues.

This morning I went to check my email on gmail, and google asked me to sign in again. Easy, I thought. I entered my account, and then google asked for my passkey. Until this morning this meant that on my mac it would ask me to place my finger on the right key on the keyboard. This morning it just froze firefox indefinitely. I then tried on Safari, and it worked as expected. I checked the version of firefox: it's 136.0.1. Obviously something changed (i.e. broke!) with the new version. Has anybody else experienced this? Any suggested fixes?

Hello, I am suffering from an odd issue when using twitch.tv. In short, when viewing peoples streams, my video feed will usually turn into colorful static (aka "clown vomit"). I suspect that the issue is coming from Firefox, but I can't be certain. I am using a newly-bought laptop and the issue could be caused by a large number of things, theoretically. Here is what I know:

• When viewing on twitch.tv with quality 360p or higher, the video feed will usually (95%) become colorful static within 1 minute or less. When this happens, the video feed does not ever recover until page is refreshed or quality is changed. (I know a bit about video encoding, so this seems extremely odd to me, if it were due to a networking thing that lost some packets, a full-image frame should come alone sooner or later and fix things, but that never seems to happen)
• The video feed is far less likely to become corrupted when viewing at 160p, but can still happen.
• The ads may become corrupted in the same way that the main video feed can.
• When the feed is corrupted, the rest of the Twitch interface (pause/play, volume, quality select) is extremely laggy.
• When the feed is corrupted, if I pause the stream, sometimes the paused corrupted image is not completely stationary! There will be flickering in small portions of the image, looking similar to texture fighting in 3d rendering, flickering between two equally-but-differently corrupted versions of the image
• The issue never appears when using Chrome to watch twitch.tv. This is what makes me think Firefox is the culprit, not Twitch or networking or graphics drivers.
• Disabling my browser addons does not help.
• Private browsing window does not help.
• Clearing my browser cache does not help.
• I have had the issue happen on Youtube exactly once in 2 weeks, not sure if that's related or not, I think it was a normal "lost some network traffic but fixed itself the next time a full frame was received" thing.
• Video live streams on Youtube don't get corrupted the way they do on Twitch.

Can someone please give me advice for how to fix this? Has anyone seen anything like this before? Is there a way for me to get deeper under the hood of either Twitch or Firefox and more closely debug the video stream when it fails?

I have an angular application accessing data from a 3rd party data provider. To get data, POST-requests are sent to the data provider REST API (https://capzlog.aero). The application works correctly using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. However, when using Firefox, the following error appears:

"Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://capzlog.aero/api/pel/public/externalsystemflights/GetMissingIDs. (Reason: CORS request did not succeed). Status code: (null)."

As the POST request contains basic authentication, a preflight-request (OPTIONS) is first sent to the data provider. This request fails when using Firefox (but not when using Chrome or Edge), see attached screen-shots.

I have spent 4 days on the internet trying to figure out a solution, but I could not solve the issue. I tried the following: 1) check the certificates of the 3rd party provider (https://capzlog.aero): There are no issues. 2) start Firefox in safe-mode, disactivating the "Enhanced Tracking Protecting", clearing the cache. 3) changing the following Firefox settings:

   security.enterprise_roots.enabled (true<->false)
   security.tls.version.min (1<->3)
   security.tls.version.max (2<->4)
   network.http.network-changed.timeout

I really do not know what to do anymore to solve that problem.

As the problem is impacting hundreds of users, I really hope there is a solution.

I use the IRS form filler to pay my taxes...have for years with Firefox browser. This year (for 2024 return) when I sign into the site the 1040 form does not display correctly. the boxes are to the right and below the actual placement. I emailed IRS who said it is a setting in Firefox. I tried the site using Microsoft EDGE and it displays correctly. I have searched for possible solutions and tried them all like using/on and off excelerator, letting Firefox chose size and colors of sites, turned off Noton etc. I posted another question here but no replies or looks so maybe I did something wrong so I will try to post again. I have W10 fully updated and Firefox too up to date. I understand I could use Edge but never had to and prefer to use Firefox as I have before. any suggestions would be appreciated or where I can report a possible issue with Firefox. Recently I have had several experiences with captcha when paying for something with a credit card. I check the box saying I'm not a robot, get a green arrow, but then the purchase does not go through. Error message says I failed to satisfy the captcha, even though I was never shown the grid of images. Just now I tried the same operation with the same company invoice using Chrome, and it went through successfully by just checking the box I'm not a robot. This is very inconvenient.

I discovered a bug with Firefox and the pen/touchscreen on my lenovo X1 tablet.

Using the touchscreen, move the map, map works as it should. Can pinch to zoom, ect.

Switch to the pen, map works with pen.

Touch the screen again and Google maps doesn't respond to touchscreen anymore, only the pen, and refresh does not fix it. I have to close and re-open maps in a new tab.

In chrome, this does not happen. Only in Firefox.

Ever since I updated last week, one website that I use will not work. Whenever I try to log in to the M&T Online Banking website, it blocks me and says "M&T Online Banking Is Temporarily Unavailable." The app works on my phone and I can log in through Chrome, it's only on Firefox that I'm getting this problem. I called M&T Bank and they confirmed that it's a problem with Firefox. Something is blocking me but I don't know what it is. I am not using a VPN or adblocker.

I can't watch Twitch live stream and videos after updated.When I watching live stream on Twitch, the stream start showing some old tv effect but in colours green. I thought was Twitch problem, then I changed to watch video from my college by using their website. But it still has that effect. But I can watch Youtube videos with no problems. Then i changed to use Microsoft Edge to watch Twitch, surprisingly with no problem. I already updated to the latest version in Firefox. Can anyone help me Please. Thank You

Tried to file my Federal and State taxes using Turbo Tax which I have used for years. I am using the Turbo Tax on line app for Windows 11. Was unable to complete the filing because of many error messages. Turbo Tax tax experts suggested I switch to Chrome. I followed their suggestion switch to Chrome and was able to complete the filing of my Federal and States Taxes with no issues.

Why can't we use Firefox to file our Federal and State taxes?

I have loaded Messenger onto my new computer as well as Firefox. When I go to Messenger the Voice and Video icons at the top right are greyed and when hovering over the icons, I get a message that video calling etc is not supported. i had no trouble on my other computer but am not sure how to activate the video and voice options. Can you please help me solve this issue. Thank you

I can not get Youtube to load on desktop Firefox. It works fine on the mobile website, app, and Chrome. I've tried clearing cookies and site data, removing extensions, resetting Firefox, and disabling hardware acceleration, and so far nothing has worked. Has this been happening to anyone else ?

The latest firefox browser for windows desktop pc broke the ability to log in to at&t (also called yahoo) email. The email works fine on microsoft edge and chrome. It worked fine on firefox until the last update.

I'm get an Access Denied for a web-site I have frequently accessed. Only Firefox on my laptop has this issue. Edge and Chrome are able to access the web site. Firefox gives me the following error:

I have cleared my cache and data and cookies and nothing works. Able to access it from my phone's firefox browser.

I can no longer open my gmail in firefox. I need to open chrome to load my gmail and I never use chrome. So why can't I load gmail into my firefox account. Everything else is loaded except my gmail.
