i miss spelled my email and after i did it wouldnt let me go back and change it even though i didnt even enter the password. now when i try to change it, it trys to make me make a new profile please help.

I am trying to set up a secondary account and keep getting an error message "This email was already confirmed by another user". How is this possible for 2 people to have the same email address? I use this email all the time so I know it is mine.

My Firefox account is tied to an old roadrunner account to which I no longer subscribe. I need to change Firefox to a new computer. My Firefox has all my newspapers, banking, bookmarks attached which I need. Please help.

I have an issue changing my billing information for Firefox Relay Premium. When I click on "Manage payments" I always get to a web page stating "Invalid billing information". See also screenshot attached. The arrow keeps turning and I cannot select anything on this web page to change my billing method.
