Hello,

We have a client using Azure Virtual Desktops. Most of the users prefer to use Firefox. We are having an issue that anytime we update Firefox and reimage the virtual hosts. When the users login they get a new Firefox profile. We have to remote in and copy their old profile data to the new profile.

Is there a better way for us to handle Firefox and profiling in and Azure Virtual Desktop deployment?

When I try and get a web page for example wordle or facebook I get following message 'There was an error displaying the search results. Please try again.' I have windows 11 on a laptop and am using duckduckgo as search engine. It has only started today and on Edge using same search engine I do not have the problem

I have restarted and updated both firefox and my computer and disabled all of my security extensions for Canvas. However I still do not have any content loading for assignments or quizzes.

I am forced to switch over to the browser Brave, have been a true Firefox supporter but am unable to change the background from dark back to light, this has nothing to do with the computer desktop settings since Brave, Edge and Google Chrome all are still running with the light background. Please help since I find this unacceptable, have problems reading with the dark background. Regards, Art.

I have display problems with Beta 127 (b4) on a Windows ARM PC (Adreno 685 GPU). FF itself and websites. Version 126 and later runs fine. These errors do not occur when hardware acceleration is switched off!

As of today 5/20/2024 Firefox stopped saving bookmarks. The star turns blue to indicate the bookmark was saved, but when I check the folder in Bookmarks it's not there.

Prior to about a month ago, downloading worked as expected: - click a link - the save to... dialog opened - choose the folder - the download is off and running

No more. For about the past month - click a link - wait for a long time with FF frozen - the a wheel starts rotating - after a full minute (or more) the save dialog appears.

Something has been broken in the mad-dash to push updates. It's fine for browsing, but the, you need to download. At that point you wish you were using a different browser (any other browser, in fact) since FF is the only oe that has this problem. Downloading works fine in a 8 chromium browsers that I have and in the 5 FF clones (like Waterfox)

It's just FF that's broken. I can no longer afford to set it as default because of this. The others are not perfect (WF won't activate Pocket, foe example) but downloading promptly is critical.

Why is the text in tab names, address bar and menu boxes so small? I did the changes to about:config and the other one that comes up when I googled this question but, while they enlarge the text in those places, they make the page content too big.

I've had recent security issues and have had a couple actual breaches. Having two accounts so similar to one another caused some unnecessary confusion during a panicked burst of changing passwords. Can we merge them?

For the past couple of months I have been getting the message www.bbc.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

Error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR when loading pages on www.bbc.com website. I have done a search on the internet and it seems this is a common problem with Firefox and does not affect othere browesers. I have done what was advice given online but it does not solve the problem. It is getting so bad I may have to start using one of the other browsers even though I prefare Firefox.

Suddenly my Firefox browser won't open popular websites, such as Schwab, Facebook and Wells Fargo. It displays an error message that the site uses Java, and that I need to enable javascript. When I check in Settings, javascript is already enabled. I tried restarting and reinstalling without success. When I use the Chrome browser the sites work normally.

Firefox is blocking website reader comment sections, yahoo, foxnews and so on. (version 126.0 64 bit). Windows 11. Comment section still found using chrome or edge. Started with last Firefox browser upgrade? Have not seen any changes to Firefox "Privacy and Security options" . I use Google or Duck Duck Go as search engines. Thanks

I would like to customize my New Tab page to show only the icons (shortcuts) I specify; I think it would help if I could change the size of the icons so fewer show, but I cannot find any setting to change the way the page looks. This is a new problem since I got a new computer with Windows 11. In Windows 10 and earlier Firefox versions, I could have only a handful of shortcuts that I wanted and it did not automatically add recently visited sites (I have not selected that option in the settings). I do not want to dismiss or delete shortcuts individually, but want a permanent solution.
