Any suggestions on how to restore my history? I'm looking for a certain date that was erased.
I would love to restore my history log from a couple of weeks back. It was erased, accidentally and I need to have it restored. I see there is an option to restore history, but this doesn't seem to be working. Any suggestions?

places.sqlite in your profile folder keeps your bookmarks and history. Replacing the current file with a backup copy is the only built-in way to restore history.
For future reference, if you want to backup and restore only history, try the FEBE add-on.
If you use the Time Machine on your Mac then you can try to restore a previous version of the places.sqlite file
