Where have all my bookmarks gone I have just logged on and cannot get them

Your Bookmarks are auto-saved. To recover your bookmarks, please
1. Click the Firefox tab on the top left hand side of the menu bar
2. Select Bookmarks, and then click on Show all Bookmarks
3. Once the Library window has appeared, please click Import and Backup
4. From the drop down menu that has appeared, please select restore and click on the entry (date) that you think best suits you
Your Bookmarks should now have been restored.

Please specify your problem further. Are you using Firefox Sync? Or, are you using a Firefox installation on the same computer you always use?
Yes I am still using my computer I use all the time. My bookmarks and history were working ok yesterday now they have all dissapeared and I can`t get them back

Thanks for your help. I have just rebooted my computer and everything came back to how i wanted it
