Listen Good. I HAVE TRIED. I HAVE TRIED. I ALWAYS TRY BEFORE I GO TO ANY SUPPORT SITE ON LINE at least 2 hours wasted ME TRYING TO FIX

Now, is it possible that a human casn fix this problem and don't, please DON'T send me to some other place where I have to read more instructions. NO. I LOVED FIREFOX until recently. I had all my tabs ON TOP and could close them easily to go back to one of them as they were visible. NOW they are going on the bottom and my computer is small and I have an eyesight problem so the font is large I can't close the tabs on the bottom. PLEASE just somebody with a human brain, change it back to the way it was. AND DON'T tell me to redownload anything as it is set up as I like it and if I goof with it I will lose ad ons EVEN if you say I won't.

My Email address is removed. That one tells me when a message comes in. I have a Gmail account too which is a mess as everything Google and Google+ does is a project to make any changes UNLESS one wants to give them more people to prey on. removed if you want to use it. Or you can leave a text message at my almost empty cell phone at removed

I look forward to hearing from you, and I have sent money for your products and $25 for a loan to somebody in Iraq. Please don't let me down, as I tried everything that is suggested in writing.

Hi Judith,

I'm sorry for the trouble you've been having with Firefox. I know this can be frustrating, but we will do our best to help. A screenshot would be helpful to visualize what's going on. If you need help to create a screenshot, please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box.

If your tabs are suddenly on the bottom of the browser, browser.tabs.Ontop may be inadvertently set to false. The default value for this is true.

  1. In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
  2. Click I'll be careful, I promise!, to continue to the about:config page.
  3. Search for browser.tabs.Ontop and set the value to true by double clicking on it. The value should no longer be bold.

Also, Firefox is a 100% free and open source project. You will never pay for it. If you did, you may report it. However, that is outside the scope of this support forum and we wouldn't be able to assist you further in that regard.
