Can you remove a virus...if I have one?
I got a 'pop up' that was for an update to AVG (in the lower right corner of my screen. I could not close my computer because I was uploading pictures, so I just ignored it until I could shut down my computer rather than click anywhere on it. Well, I accidentally clicked on it, and instantly weird things started to happen. My internet browser closed and reloaded. My email runs very slow, every time use the internet it is slow. I started get spam email almost instantly (don't know if they are related, but I didn't get them before). Is this something you can help me with? Are you able to check my computer to see if there is a virus, and remove it, or should I try to contact support from Avast or Yahoo or Microsoft?
Thanks in advance. Cherish
