What happened? Icome in & get this 'do you want to be default broser? & all controls are changed...what did you do? Do you want me to go to another browseer
I just tried to log in and find I don't have Firefox as a browser & I don't have Word 10 & other programs that I use quite often. I will go back to another Browser if you cannot fix this. I just do not understand what happened here.

Are you still using your regular Windows user account?
please update to Firefox 22, Firefox 7 is not supported
To update firefox do below.
- Go to the Firefox button
- Highlight help and click About Firefox
- Click check for updates
- After the update is complete, restart firefox

download firefox from
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
