I have Windows 8. When I start up a session of Mozilla and then end it, I cannot start Mozilla again without restarting my pc. What is the issue?

hello, please try to reset firefox and see if this can address the issue...
Where and or when do I type this command? Is this done while Mozilla is up and running? Thanks
while firefox is running go to the firefox button > help > troubleshooting information - there you can reset firefox (like it is described in the article, i've linked to above).
