New msgs appear in inbox already flagged. Can't clr flag with Shift+L
Most unread msgs in inbox all became flagged. Shift+L does not clear the flag. All new email msgs arrive with the flag set. Same condition occurs when using another computer that runs XP. Don't know if I did anything to cause this situation.

It appears that I have misunderstood the conditions I am seeing in Yahoo. Please ignore my problem report and consider it cleared. I will try to do my own research to better understand what I am seeing. If I have further problems I will enter a new problem. Thanx for your help and sorry for wasting your time. John P

Could you indicate which webmail site you're using (e.g., Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail/Live Mail/Outlook.com), or which email program (e.g., Thunderbird, Windows Mail, Office Outlook), or is it Outlook Web App or another online mail app?
