I HAVE UPDATED TO FIREFOX 13.00.01 VERSION BUT NOW EVEN AFTER SETTING MASTER PASSWORD THE FIREFOX DONT ASK FOR PASSWORD WHILE LAUNCHING
previous version of firefox was working correctly and was asking for master password while startup but my current version is not asking for password when it is launched

The MP is only used to prevent unauthorized access to the name and passwords in the Password Manager.
If you open a page with a login form on startup and you've stored a N/P for that website then you get a MP prompt, but you can close that dialog via Cancel or ESC.
