Is this the contest you mean? http://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2012/04/24/tell-us-about-your-favorite-add-on-for-a-chance-to-win-one-of-three-android-tablets/ . If you are trying to post the review a a comment on that blog post, it won't work, you have to follow the process on the form.
