Why is FF 12.0 not opening in a new tab?
I just got the 12.0 update today 04/25/2012 and all my settings are correct in options, but when I want to open a new tab, I get a new window instead.
Also in options my I have check mark beside tabs on top and it is grayed out and I cannot change this.
What did Mozilla do this latest installment???

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

It appears that I had an Extension that was causing my issue ToolBar Browser 1.3.2. I disabled it it now FF works as it is supposed to.
